Brian and staff are amazing at customer service, patient care, communication and turn around time. They go above and beyond to help my family get answers and obtain medications that are difficult to find. This is one of very few privately owned and compounding pharmacy's, please support local small business in Issaquah and change you prescriptions over asap from all the big box stores.

Brian is refreshing and lovely; Danielle and Christie are very cool and fun to chat with... I love my pharmacy people!

Owner and staff really deliver on detailed and knowledgeable patient care regarding prescriptions and allergies. Drive thru is newly opened and they got a tech upgrade during Covid. A++ best pharmacy in Issaquah.

I have moved to Puyallup and still use this pharmacy. The staff is wonderful and they understand the complexities of conditions requiring off-label or experimental medications. I do not feel judged when receiving my medications here as I did elsewhere.

I have had chronic neck pain requiring lots of medications over the past year (resulting in disc replacement surgery). I was referred to Martin's Medical Center Pharmacy after not being able to get some of my medications at Bartell's (they said they'd have to order it - taking 2 or more days for most of the medications I needed - which was a real pain). Martin and his staff are always extremely fast & friendly. I usually have my 2 year old with me & he loves to look at the big fish tank in the lobby. I've never met such a caring pharmacist - he actually talks to customers - not like the bigger chains where you interact with pharmacists for a few awkward seconds if you have questions. They are not open on the weekends, but they do have a drive up window - which I've utilized many times. They are definitely worth the trip if you want to speak with a pharmacist who obviously loves his job & helping others!

I was referred to this pharmacy by our veterinarian for a special order. Martin called me and offered advice, in addition to much empathy and promised he would be able to fill the order. Because it was a holiday week, he could not promise speedy response. I was happily surprised to receive the prescription in the mail in just a couple of days. Way To Go, Martin. Thanks so much

Martin is a top notch pharmacist. I very much enjoy being in the same building as him because he is my go to guy when I have pharmacy related questions. In other words, he has become the guy that this doctor goes to with questions.

If you are looking for a new pharmacy, I would very much encourage you to look past the big box stores and try Medical Center Pharmacy. This is why:
1. I have seen them go to great lengths for my patients in helping them out with their prescriptions. For many medicines, there are multiple versions of the drug that the pharmacist may provide. There may be small differences in how effective they are, but often HUGE differences in price. By knowing their stuff AND taking the time to explore your particular insurance, they can often save you a lot.
2. Drug pricing is all over the place. I have seen patients get outright gouged on prices at other places.
3. You're not a number. I can imagine that counting pills all day could lead to impersonal customer service. The staff at Medical Center Pharmacy seem to know everybody by name.
4. They have a drive through window. If you don't know how awesome this is, its because you haven't tried it.

Hidden away in a medical center that has few tenants, behind the Issaquah post office is a rare and fantastic pharmacy. They are open M-F from 9a to 6p and while they're closed weekends,and are somewhat difficult to get to when there is traffic on Gilman - it is entirely worth the effort.

They know most of their customers. They take the extra effort if it is filling the prescription quickly while you wait or being willing to search for difficult to find medications. This kind of effort cannot be found at chain pharmacies. They are kind and don't trivialize my worries. Martin and the staff are sincere and I am comfortable talking to them, and I take the comfort they provide.

I had to make an appointment to get a vaccine which was easy and seamless. I showed up on the wrong day by accident though AND also forgot my necessary paperwork and yet they were so accommodating! They were kind and worked with me to figure my life out. I still ended up getting everything I needed. Thank you!!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Martin is by far the best pharmacist I have ever encountered. His level of caring and customer service is stellar!

I use to go to Walgreens but switch getting all my meds at MCP. Service was great and prices are reasonable. They help me out with a few insurances issues too!
