10/10 dive bar great prices for good times!
As for my bartender mimi is a 10/10 all around, incredible mixed drinks, incredible conversation as well as service across the board! Mimi kept the bar clean and kept checking on me as my drinks got low/empty.

Pizza and beer combo slaps especially when you’re a few drinks in don’t sleep..

Joe and Marianne are also very friendly and welcoming!
Definitely stop in on Sunday night games or anytime during the weekend for sure!

I recently experienced exceptional service and bartending at a local establishment. The staff, led by skilled bartenders, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness , to providing attentive service, and the overall experience was top-notch. The ambiance, coupled with the expertise of the bartenders, made for an enjoyable and memorable evening. Highly recommend for those seeking both quality drinks and outstanding service. Mimi is also very lovely , very sweet , one of my favorite Bartenders, her service was outstanding! Definitely coming back

Always thought it wasn’t my type of bar to be at but I was wrong. Came in one night and I haven't stopped coming since. The place is small but it sure gets a lot of customers. The pizza is delicious and straight out the oven when served. Love that they have the touch tunes machine so I can play songs I want to hear. Cant forget to mention Mimi is one of my fav bartenders there. She’s the sweetest and has the hugest smile ever!

It was an awesome experience overall.. first place I went to after leaving Newark and got to see familiar faces.. everyone was very friendly and was very entertained with everything they had to offer.. Imncluding KARAOKE EVERY TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.. Mauro was my bartender that night and he made us all feel at home and made really good drinks.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED….

I love this bar; it is very chill and has great pizza, drinks, and ambiance, as well as a pool table. I like Mimi; she is a fantastic bartender, amicable, and has excellent customer service skills. I recommend this spot.

I'm traveling for work and I didn't want to drink at the hotel bar, which is exactly like every hotel bar. So I looked for something close to the airport and I found "Deep Inn." It's a local neighborhood bar for sure and walking in I felt, "this is right, this was a good choice." Understandably, "dive bars" aren't for everyone. And that's okay. If dive bars aren't your thing, don't go to Deep Inn. If they are, you'll feel right at home. If you're new to them, this is a good intro. From the taxidermy on the walls, the green paint (you know what shade of green I'm talking about), the vintage/original tin ceiling tiles, the eclectic decorations. All these things feel so familiar, like our favorite dives back home, but are borne out of genuine authenticity that is hard to simulate, and hard to earn. I repeat, it is a local bar. If you're a traveler passing through, respect that. The bartender (I wish I was better with names) was great; friendly, attentive, welcoming. It felt great to find joy during a business trip by having a few drinks and talking to locals (including a local medium!) rather than other business travelers. Deep Inn also felt very much like the kind of place where one might be able to just quickly enjoy their drink and be left alone. So something for everyone!

The BEST place to have a GREAT time! I love going to karaoke nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays or enjoy a game of pool or darts! Hungry? You can get a bar pie!!! Mauro is the best bartender ever :) If you're in the area, I highly recommend to stop by and get a drink and have some fun!!!

Love the place dearly. Wish I lived closer to it!! Misplaced my bag one time, and through backtracking, claimed it and all its belongings there the next day 👍🏾

This place is a blast! They got karaoke night !Pool table! Darts! & of course the legend himself Mauro behind the bar serving some delish TEQUiLA shots for me hahaha.

Mimi did a amazing job to serve me for my first time being there. Surprise she is young but knows how to make drinks.

I'm what one might call a connoisseur of dive bars. I have been to many of them. This is one of my favorites, and my very favorite in its immediate area. Just such a great vibe from the service to the decor.... Such nice people running this place. Highly recommended. If you go here, you're going to want to go back again soon.

Best dive bar around the state for sure and I have been to many. Would suggest Tuesday nights for great karaoke or just plain old fun with jumbo jenga.

Absolutely flipping great local bar and was an honor to drink in there with all the regulars. Great converstions, tunes, friendly service. I travelled 1000 mile road trip across America and maybe I was only ever headed for this bar! Cheers!

Quaint , friendly , local pub. Make you feel like family. Owner Marianne and her husband are wonderful! Definitely recommend if you want to go and grab a drink!

Great Very Friendly Place.
I really enjoyed myself there many games fun atmophere.

Bartender, doormen, and woman who works there (I'm sorry I do not know their names) are absolutely wonderful and made sure I was safe after being put in a potentially very dangerous situation.

We had a cancelled flight and walked into Deep Inn to kill time until the next flight. We met Paul who entertained us for hours with his history as an athelete and deep knowledge of hard rock. This dive bar was one of the coolest experiences I've had in Newark and certainly looking forward to the next visit!
