KVH Family Medicine - Ellensburg

I have been without professional care for sometime. I had my first check up in years, yesterday. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Their pleasant demeanor, and a clean atmosphere made for a comfortable experience. The check-in staff were very helpful.

We all need help with our bodies. So far, I feel good trusting mine to these fine folks.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Julia Riel for a dermatology full body scan, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The office staff was welcoming and efficient, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Julia was not only highly knowledgeable and skilled in dermatology but also showed a genuine interest in my concerns.

Went to see Dr. Metz and couldn’t have gone better. Listens and has great advice and made me feel extremely comfortable and knowledgeable on everything I asked. I am not a big doctor person and was looking for a new primary doctor and will definitely be switching to her for future visits.

Blake Harding was extremely professional at introducing himself and taking the time to visit with me, asking questions about my health in the past and just getting to know who I am. Dr. Zoe Birt was great! I was very impressed with how much time she spent with us really trying to get the whole picture of what was going on with my daughter. She looked through her files, asked a lot of questions and was very eager to find us a solution. It was obvious that she cared and really wanted to help. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Great visit. I have never been seen so quickly at a doctors appointment. After checking in i barely got sat down in the waiting room when I was called back, the nurse did the vitals and medication review. It was less than 2 minutes when Dr. Harding came in. At first I thought he was going to rush through the visit because he said he didn’t have much time but he definitely took the time to go over my history and concerns. Dr Harding had a great bed side manner. He was very thorough and set an action plan for follow up and next steps

My experience was very good here today. This was the first time meeting with this provider and he was full of information and helpful and listened to all my concerns and answered my questions that I had. I would highly recommend him. My wait time in the office when I first got there was less than 3 minutes once I got called back again got seen right away no complaints here.

I recommend Dr.Stone, expect a wait for intake appointment -as word spreads quickly when people appreciate the medical care they've received.
Dr. Stone did my 'follow-up'; after an ER visit. ..after I slipped on liquid detergent and took a fall, the impact hurt the soft tissue in my knee cap...meniscus (spelling?)
Dr.Stone was very thorough and able to assess, and explain the process I will need to follow to improve my healing.

I went to the urgent care office (not the right name, it's new) at KVH because my primary physician is at the KVH facility and I was eligible to visit. They were fast and polite, and once it was ascertained that I didn't require immediate assistance, I was given a same day appointment. The office was careful and thorough, the staff very professional and knowledgeable, and they took care of my issue with a minimum of fuss. My insurance just wanted a $30 copay. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

This is regarding Lynda Carroll, I am her sister and receive limited information via a third party for Lynda’s visits. Have been out of the country since first of the year . From what I have heard you have been helping her going in a positive direction for better health. Saying thank you isn’t enough praise I pray this Dr patient relationship continues. Wendy Bridger, NP provided exceptional care for my disabled older brother on his recent (4-11-24) visit to KVH Family Medicine for his annual medical exam. My brother has special needs and Dr. Bridger was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I’ve seen Mary a few times for me and for my son. I’ve had varied experiences as I’m sure is peoples experience of me too. My most recent visit was the best. I went in to test for strep d/t exposure. Mary was very thorough and complete in covering every aspect of my concern including advice for comfort and preventative measures to minimize my risk.

Kelly was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything and answered my questions. She did not acted rushed or in a hurry.

Dr. Kelly Sargent, was not only professional, but very personable as well. She never seemed like she was in a hurry and took her time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I would give her more than five stars if that was an option.

Kelly was polite, thorough and efficient. She did a good job of explaining what she was doing and why. She was patient and careful in answering my questions. I would not hesitate recommending her.

Listens intently to understand needs, formulates a plan & engages the patient to do so. She’s kind, nonjudgmental, efficient & caring. I am more than happy. I feel cared for.
