A small chain with 12 locations. It doesn't feel like a chain, the decor is warm and inviting.. It is veteran owned. The Buz restaurant in Ellensburg is divided in half, one door leads you to a sit down restaurant, the other is a full service bar. Food can be ordered on either side. The French dip beef sandwich was good and the authorized jous was a rich broth.

Awesome food, more awesome service. Very large portions for good prices.

Only ding to atmosphere is during the late summer, there can be a few flies inside but they gravitated towards the windows and soda machine.

Food is delicious service was great. Chili is great!!! Well priced too. We got stuck here in the snow I will say great place to be stuck drinks are good too and desserts! Bartender is pretty rude but the rest of the folks in here are super kind I’d advise sitting in the restaurant side better service over there.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with the food.. order came out super quick for a Friday lunch time. Wish I would've grabbed a picture of the food because it was good. Better than most restaurants. Bacon Bleu Burger, waffle fries and clam chowder. Definitely eat this food before you eat that pilot truck stop food. (And I'm a trucker myself)

Second review - 5 star!! Had the 18oz steak dinner and potatoe. Absolutely fantastic. Servers benefit from great food as well.

Very nice place. We had a meeting in their available room and ordered lunch. Lunch was great. Service was perfect. Coffee was provided self serve during our meeting and was very good. The sandwich I ordered was delicious...fresh and perfectly prepared. Chili was good.

I ordered the salmon dinner with mashed potatoes, Steamed veggies and garlic bread. The fish was amazing! And the waitress made me a drink called a 'Green Tea' which was ALSO amazing! It literally tastes like a green tea. So it can be dangerous, as it goes down super smooth! Also loved all the staff there! Great experience!

This restaurant is top notch. It has a hometown feel and the food was so good and reasonably priced. The server was friendly and responsive to our dining needs. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing meal in a friendly environment!

The food was amazing. The waiter was so on point. It was a smooth experience from calling to ask if they were offering in door dining to getting our drinks then checking out. Seriously a good place to stop and eat in ellensburg, it was honestly pretty cheap too. Cheapest place for steaks from what I have seen.

This place is awesome I like the restaurant side better but they have opinions and what makes it even better u can sit bar or restaurant… and it’s right beside a Flying J, Really good food and a good 34 hour reset for CDL Drivers. (Truckers)

Great place for breakfast. Meat lovers omelet with hashbrowns. Coffee tasted great. Only one server working at the time but she was on the ball with every guest. Can't wait to visit again.

Mindy & Roxy in the lounge are the greatest servers and my favorites ( don't know them personally).... Good drinks and great food prices during happy hour.. Best Bloody Mary's for AM hangovers

excellent margaritas! medium new york steak was excellent. Josh (chief) stopped his dinner to prep my food. despite that it was 30 minutes before closing. i get it, that's he is job and blah blah blah, but dude was into it the very minute i order it. thats some top notch customer service 👍🔥

First time here and it's a good place to eat. They also have a bar, but I'm working, so I skipped that. But if your not working, check it out. Pretty nice place.

Great experience! I loved the chicken strips and fries. The staff was excellent as well. Definitely recommend this stop on a long road trip.

Even with all the snow, we found this restaurant was open for business. I'm so glad we stopped. My breakfast was better than I expected; it was hot and delicious. My husband had a mushroom burger with sweet potato fries. He had so many fries, he couldn't eat all of them. Great food and friendly service.

Easily the best happy hour in town! Service is very friendly, always make feel at home, will be back soon!

Great spot. I'll be making this one of my favorites on the road. Steaks are texas grade t bones. Waitresses are great people to be around. Highly recommend.

The Big Mouth burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had! Bun was soft but didn't fall apart, vegetables were fresh and in proper proportions, bacon high quality and crispy, patties were hefty and very tender. Servers were sweet and attentive! Friendly to truckers as well! If I didn't 1,200 miles away I'd come every weekend!
