Taco Bell

It was tucked in off the main road which I actually liked, just don’t miss the turn for the driveway between Burger King and Arby’s.

Taco Bell is a national fast food chain specializing in Mexican food like tacos and burritos. This location is set back from the road a bit so it's hidden, but it's got a good sized parking lot. The store itself is very clean and has a couple dozen tables. The staff here are nice, but most ordering is done through the app or on the kiosk when you walk in. Bathrooms are clean so it's a great stop when coming west from eastern Washington.

Food is always hot. Service is ok. Nothing special.

Been driving on I-90 all day. A young man behind the counter named Iran went above and beyond for me. His random acts of kindness made my day. Thanks bro.

It was quick they was nice to he new chicken Chalupa and as good 😊 too.

This was my first visit here. As far as fast food, the food was much less heavy than the usual burgers/fries. Good flavor, fresh lettuce. Efficient service and the cleanest restrooms on the I-90 corridor.

I see many bad reviews but my experience was just fine. Food was great, the only possible issue is might be a little hard to notice the entrance from the road, and parking lot is designed pretty awkward and tight. I got in and out of there with my semi truck (no trailer) so it's not all that bad.

The new remodel is very nice and techy, and they have their systems down to a science for barely any waiting around. Every once in awhile they’ll forget something or get an order wrong but it’s not often in my experience.

I really appreciate the kiosk that allows me to customize my order and place food orders immediately. The staff here are phenomenally kind, patience, and speedy. I’m never unimpressed here! Y’all are fabulous. I am thankful for Taco Bell’s commitment and encouragement of vegetarians customizing products and orders— it makes me life so much easier.

This is a fantastic Taco Bell! I’m from out of town and was impressed by how clean, professional and fast they were. When I got my food it was great portion sizes and prepared well. As someone who’s used to bad service in the Seattle area I was surprised by the quality of this Taco Bell in Ellensburg. Keep up the great quality here 👍🏼

I just went through the drive-thru and it is 5:43 p.m. the guy working the drive-thru was the nicest person I have ever encountered in any fast food situation. Like I'm not even kidding he said have a delightful meal and I just felt really positive about that really made my day better cuz I had to really awful day. So to the person in the Drive-Thru at 5:40 p.m. with the turquoise painted fingernails,you are truly an amazing employee with an angelic voice.

My family of nine came into this Taco Bell (in Ellensburg) around 9pm. It was the first time at a Taco Bell for several of us and we were hungry from traveling for several hours.
The cravings menu enticed us to try several things. The cashier/host was very calm and patient with the seven children that timidly chose an item. She even seemed genuinely happy to see all of us (which is a relief compared to our experiences at other restaurants).
No sooner had we found a seat to fit us all than we heard our number called. We were surprised at how quickly they had gotten all of our orders complete and on a tray.
The taste was fabulous. One of the sisters said, "my mouth is burning but it's amazing! I want more."
Excellent! We'll be back.

This location was really awesome. The drive-thru line was really really long. As we inched along more and more cars were pulling in behind us. The line went so quickly and they didnt mess up our order. Even put everything together very clean and double shelled our hard tacos that had broken before wrapping. I feel weirdly impressed by a Taco Bell.

They have green sauce, it is so good

Edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 5. I am impressed with the change in staff and love how friendly and kind they are!

Went through the drive thru this morning and I started out happy and asked the lady at the drive thru how her day was. She didn't say anything. I waited for a minute and then she asked what I wanted. I ordered, pulled up to the window and the lady was sooooooo rude to me. Did not say one word to me. Handed me my stuff and closed the window on me before I could finish saying have a good day. I am usually passive and understanding but they are like this ALL the time. Very rude and disrespectful. I love taco bell and the food there but I won't be going to that location again until they fix this problem.

So. De.Lish.Yus. Especially because I was able have Tacos with my son!

Once Upon a Time, I went to a Taco Bell in another state and asked for tacos only meat cheese and sour cream but I wanted double meat I paid for the devil meat and got the tiniest little bit in the bottom of the tacos. And when I tried to get them to fix it, the manager almost acted like he didn't know what to do. In the end I got it fixed, but it was quite the headache. Not at this Taco Bell! I asked for double meat in my tacos and received the largest portion of meat in a Taco Bell taco I think that I have ever had with plenty of cheese and sour cream to go with it the staff did a great job making my food because I am picky and my orders can be difficult. They didn't even bat an eye edit and made it like they were making their own food. Kudos guys y'all are awesome!

So we all no Taco Bell. There is not a lot that I can tell you about their menu. I eat the same thing every Taco Bell I visit. Chicke Quesadilla and chips and cheese whiz stuff.
The thing that I would like to say on this review is the bang up job they are doing since Covid came to town. Restaurants are clean and sanitary. Service has improved greatly. I mean really fast food hot. Orders are correct. In the end is that not all that we ask. This Ellensburg location is a standout in all thing I mentioned.
So next time you find yourself rolling down I90 and your hungry give this location a try. The lobby is open and bathrooms are available to customers.

PS Soda machine was mixing spot on and that is super important to me. Nothing worse than a funky mixing soda machine.

We got stuck on the pass heading east towards Ellensburg. We had 6 in our vehicles needing 6 separate orders. They were closing the lobby for ordering.

The manager let us all come in to order. Very helpful. We were turned away from their competition.
