My ENT is here. Fast and efficient. I did get a little lost, but after you figure out the number system, you are good.

Great complex that's laid out really well but a little tricky to maneuver. The grounds are maintained really well and the buildings upkeep are very evident. Interesting artwork throughout the grounds.

If you run or own a business Your office belongs at the corporate common s beautiful done . plentiful parking . Just 5 star all the way. The art that is on the property is a fun pick me up . Today I noticed a flying elephant and lady liberty just laying down and taking a break. You just have to smile when you see them . I was going to post pics but you should just go see them .

Amazing complex . It's a shame that Staten Island cannot attract big business to our shores. Maybe someday we will have transportation systems in place to attract big business. We need a rail network to off set the city bus system and more highways.

Well kept and plenty of parking

If anyone is suffering with mental health issues and drug addiction on South Ave 1130 is the place to be. The staff and social workers are incredibly talented in that field. The buildings aricthecture is jaw dropping. With parking spots and cool art sculptures set the ambiance in a very calming way. The word LOVE is standing right outside 1130 Soutb Ave. The commons building stretch for a good amount of property. They also offer office spaces for rent.

The corporate commons is a wonderful beautiful place to be able to work. The Nicotras have really made this place inviting. Along with Corporate Commons 1 & 2,they are soon to open 3. There are so many different venues located at the Corporate park.
There will also the Corporate Commons Cafe that will be eventually be opened again that is all not for profit that is all dedicated to just causes..
I believe the 3rd Commons will be the Crown 👑 Jewel 💍, it's most unique shape beautiful concourse and delectable Cafe which will also be not for profit.
Between doctors accountants nursing school testing center along with free parking. I highly recommend anyone to come to the Teleport which is owned and run by NYC with the Port Auth of NY and NJ as one of the leases responsible for a major part of the complex running the day to day operations.

My kids go to school in the place, they also house the Pearson Nclex test center and various other businesses, its basically a quiet environment and the kids are protected in there,so its a nice environment.

I don't know what it is about this place. Almost seems like I am in another place when I go there for some reason.

Doesn't seem very active but I am not sure if that is due to the recent pandemic that ground almost everything to a halt or if it was always that way.

Good parking, easy to get around the campus. Buildings are well kept and grounds are also well kept.

Beautiful building well taken care of - all of the Nicotra buildings are really nice.

Food is made to order, salads are very good and all profits are donated to local charities

Clean arranged perfectly. Quite efficient.

Went to ENT Allergies, I have been going here for years, nice staff and good doctors

The service was great the food was hot the price was right and it goes for a good cause

GOOD COLLEGE EXPERIENCE AND LOVELY CAFE THAT DONATES ALL PROFITS TO LOCAL CHARITIES.
