Phenomenal food and atmosphere!! We had the restaurant to ourselves on a Friday night. A bit odd, but it is a pandemic. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. For the price, the portion sizes were also very generous. Can't wait to venture back for more!

Highly recommended! Been coming here a few years and always an excellent meal at a very good price in a super cozy environment. They’re a very nice husband-wife team who always give great service and are wonderful about accommodating allergy / dietary restrictions. The food quality stands out and has remained consistently outstanding after all these years. We’re so happy to have this restaurant in our community!

In the same way that NYC’s best pizza title was legitimately granted to an NJ restaurant, Casserole Bistro is the best fusion food in Montclair. I honestly can’t believe that town hasn’t swamped this place yet! Plan your evening around dinner. Chef Johnny Arango nails it!

My wife and I have dined here a few times and all have been good and tasty experiences! Today we ordered curbside for Mother’s Day and the good was amazing!! Stuffed Pork Chop, Chicken Cacciatore, Chicken Francese and Yuca Fires... DON’T forget the Yuca Fries! Everything was so tasty and the restaurant owners/ staff are super nice 👍🏼

We went there for lunch today. My sister and I didn't know what we were in the mood for, we just knew we wanted something tasty....this place did not disappoint.

We went there on Saturday night, not sure what to expect. We had to wait a little while for our menu and the wine to be poured. We ordered the crab cake appetizer, salmon from the menu and the short ribs. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous the appetizer and dinners turned out. I recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

Excellent food and excellent service. I’m amazed this place isn’t more popular than it is. It’s been right under my nose for years and little did I know this gem was here all this time. Might be one of the best restaurants I’ve ate at in Bloomfield.

My husband and I love this place! It has quickly become our go to for yummy, romantic, and all around amazing dinner dates! The chef is so talented and super friendly, as is the staff. The presentation is on point and the flavor is unbeatable.

One of the best places to eat ! this is a must try. I have order several different items from here and they all have been delicious. The chief is wonderful; he accommodated our food preferences and the food is amazing .

Very nice place! Food is very fresh and the service is impeccable. I came with my husband for an early dinner, and the ambiance, the food and the service were outstanding. We shall come back!!! I recommend the Mediterranean plate and the shrimp garlic. Oh, and not to forget, they are a BYOB. Great find!

Delicious food combined with excellent service. Definitely recommend the avocado and crabmeat. The place has a great feel, great for date nite and you can bring your own spirits, wine etc..

Everything I have ever had here is delicious. For starters, the onion dumpling soup, the yucca fries and the tuna trio are my favorites. For dinner, it's always the scallops. And do not miss the brownie for dessert! Wonderful food,service and atmosphere.

First time there, first time having risotto. Ordered the seafood risotto...OMG! Shrimp, clams, mussels and risotto, and a warm slice of a baguette; pure heaven! It was loaded with seafood and worth every penny! Nice ambiance if you decide to dine in, we ordered for pick up. The staff is warm, welcoming and professional. I felt like an old friend instead of a new customer. This was a treat I hope I can enjoy again at a future date. Pricing is moderate for a French restaurant--this is no cheap date, but again, worth every penny. Bon appetit!

Honestly. This meal kept surprising me and hitting me with amazing punches of flavor in every dish! I have not been this impressed by food in a really long time. From appetizer to dessert , everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Some of the best tasting food. I can not wait to try more.
