Fantastic trainers. Intense workouts and takes advantage of every minute offered. No class feels like a loss.
Learned proper form and a variety of work outs to move your whole body. The attention to form and pupil to pupil is second to none. I'd recommend to anyone that's learning, looking for an extra push to the next level or just straight up look to build endurance and challenge yourself.
