After reading all the bad reviews I was not expecting much from this location. Surprisingly, a had a GREAT experience both on the phone and in person. Yes, had to wait 45min+ outside in the cold but once I got in it was pretty fast. All 3 people that I interacted were very nice and friendly.

I really hope that I have the right department to leave this feedback. I’m hopeful that I receive a response. I am a long time (bitter) EZ pass user and only bitter do I say because of the added costs over time. I had an incident recently where I was unable to use the app to access my account and I had to call the headquarters to make a payment. I was told I had 20 callers ahead of me and I was given an option to have a representative call me back when I was next in line. So I was able to continue to go about my day and not have to listen to any horrible automated voice or music. I was literally just going through the motions of waiting for another annoying & time consuming phone call. I was pleasantly greeted by a customer service rep named Dustin. I swear he was smiling on the other side of the phone. I am someone who has been treating my clients/patients/students…with the most sincere respect and integrity I can while not always in agreement.. I have been very careful to maintain the “customer is always right attitude.”. I think it’s safe to say that those days are over and everyone is now a chatbot or someone who works remotely and lies to you in attempt to get your money. I know that paying tolls is something that is not always the most fair. I must say that I can’t imagine how hard it is for the humans who work for them and have to deal with angry customers. I’d like to give 10 ⭐’s if I could to Dustin. He was polite, kind, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to make sure I was able to end the call satisfied. I am addressing this as a random person to any supervisor, manager or leader of his if he isn’t one himself…He absolutely should be. I got this call on the third snow day of the week after a massive flood in our basement so it wasn’t high on the priority list. Dustin, I have a new outlook on this day thanks to you. 10 minutes on the phone with you and I remembered that considerate human’s still exist. I hope you are doing a job you love because you transcend positivity over the phone from EZ pass. Any chance someone would like to ask me anything about this call I’ll be happy to answer. This person has made a massive impact on my day and I am so grateful for him. I also have written a handful of reviews and none are ever positive. I don't travel as much as I used to on the GSP, and I had forgotten to update my replenishment information on my account, therefore receiving an email for my urgent attention to do so. I did have to wait on hold for 26 minutes BUT this is understandable and my representative was phenomenal. Which made this painless, easy, quick and efficient. I was reading reviews the night before and their disgraceful. I didn't have any issue, this was a 10 star phone call to them. Always have all of your information in front of your face otherwise you'll have to call again, be straight to the point why you'll calling. Within 10 minutes of speaking to the rep my account was fabulous again :) Thank you bunches EZpass rep !

Wednesday I had called about my violations and my plates trying to be added to my new account. There was an amazing representative named Brianna. I remember the name because she had my granddaughters name. She took her time with me and assured me that everything was great. She even helped translate to my husband. She deserves 5 stars. I need to receive her every time I call

I recently experienced a challenging situation with my E-ZPass account, which involved a significant bill and a lengthy 40-minute wait to connect with customer service. Despite these initial frustrations, I want to express my profound appreciation for Saleemah, the customer service representative who assisted me.

Saleemah was exceptionally knowledgeable and addressed nearly all my concerns with patience and expertise. Although it took a while to get through to someone, once I was connected with Saleemah, the quality of service I received was outstanding. She listened attentively to my issues, provided clear and concise explanations, and offered practical solutions to my problems. In instances where questions arose beyond her scope of authority, she did not just leave me hanging; instead, she provided excellent advice on how to proceed, ensuring I knew the next steps to take.

While all my issues haven't been fully resolved yet, Saleemah's assistance has significantly eased my concerns. I plan to follow up with another review once everything is settled, hopefully confirming that all problems have been satisfactorily addressed.

This experience has reminded me of the power of constructive communication and understanding. In a world that seems to be getting smaller, what we truly need is more kindness and empathy. If everyone communicated as effectively and kindly as Saleemah did, I believe many problems could be resolved smoothly. I loved this office. The supervisor Kouassi Kouakou was very nice. He helped me get a report of my account and he had a lot of patience with me because of my language, which is Spanish, and the doorman was very kind. I recommend this office,I arrived at 5:30 and there were very few people

Visited on Saturday to get new E-Zpass, the gentleman at the door greeted me and directed to proper counter. Lady behind the counter was kind beyond words. I forgot my registration she held the lone for me. Extremely kind and efficient. What excellent representatives of E-Zpass employees. Very professional and polite.

Customer Service when closing an account is super helpful over the phone as long as you follow their instructions. I guess I am one of the very few lucky ones to experience such great customer service.

I just had a great experience with Mubo in Customer Service. My call was answered immediately and he was able to resolve my issue. Yesterday, however, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then dropped off. So today was a 5 star - yesterday was a 1 star.

My experience was totally different from what I read on the reviews before going there I thought It was going to be that kind of a day it kinda started that we had to stand out in the hot sun ( it wasn’t that bad but could have been worse ) . There was a lady greeting everyone and inquiring on why we were there she was polite her appearance was welcoming friendly she gave me a form to fill out to get an E-Zpass . Once I entered the building I then understood why we had to wait outside there was limited space 7 windows. I got called to window # 7 the lady that assisted me (GIGI ) she went above and beyond to assist me through my process thank you again window # 7 GIGI

I'm not trying to call anyone a liar but I just spent a few minutes on the phone waiting (6pm ish on a Wednesday) and the lady that answered (Amanda) was a sweetheart and helped me with EVERYTHING in a timely manner. Maybe I was lucky with the wait but Amanda was nothing but very helpful, patient, and friendly! Good luck everyone! Hope ya call around 6 and get Amanda!!!

I went to the Ez Pass Center to inquire about a few charges on my account. I usually pay online but since I had issues I decided to go to the location in Newark NJ. The rep Karen was very helpful and pleasant. She cleared up my issues in a timely fashion. The center is open til 7pm and there was no line and only 1 other customer besides myself. I use to go on Saturdays to pay my bill and the line would literally be out of the door. I noticed the best time to go is around 6pm during the week, avoid Saturdays. I also had a good experience last month as well at the same time around 6pm. There was a security guard at the entrance and she was very helpful and friendly as well. There's plenty of parking but I suggest to try to pay online because there's always traffic on Rt 21. It's unfortunate that we have to pay tolls to begin with but that' the price we pay living in the Tri-state area.

Thank you Tameisha (hope I’m spelling her name right) ! She helped me tremendously. I had racked up over $650 in late fees and administration fees for tolls only worth $45. Talk about highway robbery. Anytime I would get the mail it would already be considered as late. She was not only kind she made me pay what I actually owed which was $45. God bless you Tameisha you took a load of stress off of me and thank you for the motherly advice as well.

I do suggest going at 6pm. The line is much shorter!

While my wait time of over 1 1/2 hours was excessive, I was more than satisfied with the help Deborah provided regarding a tag replacement issue and the 5 star rating is for that. She had good customer service skills demonstrating patience and knowledgeable. I was leery of how my call would go based on the numerous poor reviews on this site but Deborah proved that is not always the case. Management needs to work on the lengthy wait time to speak with a representative.

The woman was very helpful. After I explained my issue they were able to help me resolve it. The wait time wasn't terrible & the conversation was pretty quick too!
I don't know why they got so many bad reviews, I was scared to call at first but the staff is cool.

I received a summons in the mail today. My license plate on the photo but not my vehicle.I explained my problem with Amy in customer service she explained to me what I had to do . 10 minutes later she called me back and told me she spoke to her supervisor and it was not necessary for me to do anything she would take care of it . She didn’t have to that she went above and beyond for me . Thank you Amy we need more people like you in all types of businesses.5 Stars from me Robert McGotty

The cape may bridge we were sitting in line for an opening. they let us go by without paying fee for waiting and we recieved a ticket in the Mail. $2 toll Violation and a 25.00 fee $27.00 that is Criminal
New jersey is the worst. we can even get them on the phone. The ticket number wont come up online what a mess. now i have to spend all this time to pay them New jersy you are a mess
