I love it! Meal prepping that feels like home. I always receive my food rain or shine, even during snowstorms. Love the fact that I get a text when my food is near. Oh, and the snacks are great!

Fast and efficient service, they usually give you a call or send you a text with an estimate of when they will arrive with your food, I appreciate that even with that horrible snow storm they were able to bring me my delicious food!! I love them!!!

La primera semana para mi esposo todo bien. Despues comensaron los errores. Los mas dificil es comunicarse con alguien. No tienen la cortesia de llamar a los clientes. En mi opinion no estan preparados para servir a la gente.

They charged me for meals on the 16th of April, it is now the 23rd of April and the site is shutdown and no one will return my calls e-mails or messages. I will contact the BBB and my credit card company so I don't get charges for future meals

Horrible experience with Keto business. One week I didn’t all my meals and when I tried to get in contact with them via phone, email, or Instagram, no one would return my messages. Then, after finally someone reaching out to me, I decided to cancel my subscription and was told I will be charged $40 cancellation fee for not keeping the subscription long enough. I was ok with it and had to wait 3 to 5 days to get my refund. I am still waiting. But it gets worse, I was then charged $133 for another week of meals even though I cancelled my subscription. Again, no one answers the phones or messages.

They claim they service new hampshire, madsachusetts and other surroubding states. They have many artists and famous people that I follow advertising them as well. I decided to place week of meal prep for 3 people a total of 300 something dollars. In website it says to order thursdays if out of state so that order can arrive to your home by tuesday or wednesday. I placed this order feb 21st and it is march 10th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out multiple times and they take forever to reply or they leave your message on seen. My order is now supposedly arring 3/11/21. My recc is... dont orxer from these people uless you live close to them and even with that I just wouldnt orxer. Very irresponsable and false advertising a service they can keep up with. Now I cant even do a full month package because they dont hVe room in fedex for another order. And honeztly im glad i didnt get to do fullonht. To much of a hastle to get what i paid for.

Terrible. I was sent moldy food. They didn’t offer any compensation just a message saying that they’ll contact their suppliers to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. There won’t be a next time for me!

Dando un review justo la mayoría de la comida es buena , cambiaron de cocinero hace dos meses atrás o cambiaron la persona que hacía los menús y pues la comida simplemente no es lo mismo. Pero la dieta FUNCIONA dependiendo de tu peso bajas mas o menos pero funciona. Solo debes ser consistente.

Mejoraron la presentación de los snacks.

Aveces las frutas , ensaladas (lechuga) no son frescas y semanal siempre hay de 2 a 3 comidas en el menu que no se pueden comer por esa misma razón.

Los delivery’s no tienen hora y hay gente que simplemente no pueden esperar un día entero para que le llegue la comida para mi no ha sido un problema pero es algo que debe considerar la persona que vaya a pedir.

Algo que si es un problema los delivery si van a fallar debido un holiday deberia ser anunciado la semana antes o cuando se debiten el pago no el dia cuando llegue . Hay personas que necesitamos planificación asi que asi mismo como mandan mensajes para dejar saber que está llegando el delivery deben informar por mensaje que no llegara o a tiempo o ese dia.

La razón porque hoy estoy escribiendo esta reseña es porque le he escrito al whatsapp ,porque decidí dejar el plan hace un mes atrás ya que la comida ya sea que cambiaron el
Menu o el cocinero no me esta gustando y pedi parar la dieta , y aun no me dan respuesta sobre el dinero que me debitaron . Si usted se cobra y no da el servicio es ROBO y si
No da respuesta esta confirmando el ROBO asi que favor de comunicarse via email / whatsapp o instagram GRACIAS ☺

Quisiera darle menos que una estrella, el servicio al cliente es muy malo uno llama nadie contesta hablas por watts app y te dejan a medias la persona que contesta los mensajes es super cortante nada amigable con dos palabras quiere explicarte todo.
Yo le pregunte que por que me dibitaron el dinero de mi banco y medijo que era la suscribcion de la proxima semana
y resulta que hoy me volvieror a sacar el dinero del banco, y aun no me an enviado ninguna comida,que clase de compañia son ustedes, hacen lo que quieren con el dinero del cliente por favor creo que beben respetar las cuentas y no estas sacando el dinero asi como asi, deben de explicarle a uno tener la amabilidad de responder el mensaje a sus clientes.
Es por eso que no recomiendo esta compañia mucha falta de resposabilidad

Pague por el mejor paquete y me enviaron el mas barato, su manera de resolver el problema? “Cuando vuelva a comprar le damos un descuento” porque no mejor me devuelve mi dinero. Ademas el delivery llego a las 1:00 AM. Literalmente me desperto. Esas no son horas para hacer delivery. Muy caro para tan pobre servicio
