Best customer experience ever. Lucy gave me a tour of all the mattresses that I was looking for. She patiently explained everything about the mattress and adjustable bed base. She gave me space to try everything but was right there to answer my questions. When I decided to buy a outlet mattress, she also helped me lock in one in their inventory quickly, and get all the paperwork done in under 20mins. We toured 4 mattresses, all adjusted to my budget, while she was caring and attentive of any request I had. On top of that, they offer multiple ways to finance your mattress and will follow up with you if you have any questions. You can’t go wrong if you come to them.

Mattress firm right next to Trader Joe’s was very kind and patient with me. I was buying my first mattress for my husband and I, he wasn’t there so I was having to be on the phone a lot to reach him. But like I said very patient and willing to work with me on my price range and what we were looking for. Thank you to the manager who help me and make the process as easy as possible!

My husband and I had no idea how to start looking for a much needed mattress. When we walked into the Issaquah store, Lucy greeted us and took the time to listen and really understand our separate mattress needs. She then gave us a demonstration of the adjustable base beds, which is what we were most interested in. We felt a little like Goldie Locks, with the 3rd bed being just right. We wanted a little time to digest our decision so Lucy emailed over what we decided on so we could pull the trigger as soon as we were ready. Overall, wonderful experience!

Plus, the delivery is quick (within the same week of purchase) and professional setup.

My experience with Kristiana, was cool! she was helpful and chill. She was able to get me a deal on a twin size mattress that was perfect for me :) we also chatted about random things; it was very friendly! If you’re coming to get a bed, definitely ask for her, she’s got you :)!

Eva and Kristiana were great and very service oriented. They were knowledgeable about the purple mattresses and helped me choose the best suitable products for our needs & preferences. It’s been 3 weeks and we love the bed and adjustable bed frame! I even lik the pillow! My neck is much better!

Very happy with my experience here. Eve walked me through my options, was considerate of the budget I presented, and ultimately I found a mattress and base I really loved. Delivery was just as good, with the crew showing up on the early side of the delivery time estimation, and they were done with the set-up in record. On a late Saturday evening, nearing closing time for Eve, she dedicated time to guide us through the mattress selection process, considering my severe lower back pains. Patiently, she allowed us to test various options and generously granted us the space and time needed to reach a decision—a notable aspect of our experience. Returning nearly a week later, we finalized our mattress order. Though Eve wasn't present that day, Lucy seamlessly took charge, ensuring everything was sorted.
