Golden Star Diner

Really good diner food and the service is very polite and friendly. Always have a good meal here. Breakfast or Lunch have been great. The staff again is excellent. Happy friendly. I always like coming here. It’s one of those places you know you’ll get a good meal no matter what you get.

I wish I could remember the waitresses name so I can give her a shout out but holy heck was she’s so sweet and she just made the experience awesome she came and brought me coffee and made sure I was happy told me how well dressed I was loved it One of the best omelettes I’ve had in my life and such a great experience. Good job guys. ❤ 🍴 🍳

Wow, so many options on the huge menu! Went with the Polish Delight breakfast - kielbasa scramble eggs with potato pancakes - delicious. Great atmosphere and service! This was our first time here and we can’t wait to go back again.

No complaints about this place! Good service, tasty food.. Had my first pork roll here, was interesting. Had some background music on so it wasn't "eerily quiet" as mentioned in 1 of the other reviews, though a quiet restaurant isn't really something I'd have an issue with 😂 Anyways, if you're passing by here on a road trip and hungry it is more than acceptable diner food!

Just came across Golden Star on way back from Pennsylvania. This was a great find. The menu has so much on it that it will take a while to decide what you want. The portions are massive. A very good place.

Good coffee. Great breakfast fare. I recently had the corned beef eggs Benedict. Delicious. If you get the home fries, ask for them deep-fried.

A fantastic restaurant! This place has excellent food, service, and prices. Go there whenever you want a good bite to eat.

My food and my husband’s food was absolutely delicious and fresh , but what set it apart was the service here! Our waiter, ( I think his was name was Wally ) was so friendly which made our experience so much better! Highly recommend this place .. plus they have a cute little pond in front for the kiddos !

On our way back from Golden Nugget flea market and stopped at Golden Star Diner, great choice! Huge menu, great food, portions were huge.Goldie our waitress was the best. Definitely go back again.

Buffalo chicken omelet was great. Remember to add peppers and tomatoes and request to add buffalo sauce inside the omelet too. Service was great and the coffee was strong.

1st time eating here on our way back from Lambertville, and the food was really good, even after having 500+ offerings! Our server was awesome

We were just driving through on a road trip and I was really impressed. I’ve come to have low expectations of diners, but the food, service and family who run it were really wonderful. Plus they have a koi pond out front we discovered that our little one loved to play with. Really great all around. We were pleased.

This has become our favorite breakfast place. The service is friendly and fast, the owner seems to always be on hand to make sure customers are well taken care of.

Literally the world’s best French toast (but you have to get the thick special baked kind), the nicest and friendliest staff that remembers you and makes feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Other reviews say the owner stares at you but he’s just trying to be friendly. If you say “we’re good” or something similar he (and the wait staff) leave you alone. When you check out he doesn’t overcharge you. He even let me pay early because we went with my fiancé’s grandmother and she always pays. So I wanted to make sure I paid for the meal and it worked out perfectly.

We had a great early dinner here! Our server was very kind and he checked on us often! We appreciated our toddler’s meal coming out super quick; He is a tough food critic and loved his mac & cheese! All of our meals from the healthy skillet to sandwiches to chicken were all delicious.

The food was served in huge portions, and it was DELICIOUS! The staff was very kind. They had lots of different options on the menu. All including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I absolutely recommend this as a great meal. Way better than stopping at some fast food restaurant.
