Nice store with clothing for your fur babies. Great toys from Kong and Chuck It. They have game toys for both cats and dogs. They sell bagged food as well as treats. The prices are in line with most pet stores. Friendly and inviting atmosphere and staff.

Stopped in before closing one night just to check the place out and the woman working here was so kind and helpful! We ended up chatting about our cat's dandruff, and she recommended a new kind of cat food & fish oil - and a week later, his dandruff is completely gone! His coat feels softer and looks cleaner, and we are so happy we went with her advice. The cat food and fish oil was inexpensive, so it didn't even feel like a sale. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent one stop shop for your pet’s every need and most wants. The friendliest people work there and they also have a pet food drive all year round.

Excellent staff & selection! We have become fiercely loyal over the years because they make everything so easy, and it's fun to see them. They order a special needs food for us, and they always have it ready. They kept us informed when supplies ran low during lockdowns, and helped us find alternatives when supplies ran out. Helped us find a vet when we needed a second opinion. They foster pets for a rescue organization, and sometimes you can see or even pet a resident cat. What more could one want?

I love that they foster cats in the shop. I love that they have grooming supplies, toys, the highest quality food and treats, a wealth of knowledge AND they ALWAYS make time to answer questions or look deeper into product questions.

My favorite pet store in Tacoma! They have so many healthy options for pets and are extremely helpful in finding exactly what you need. I also love that they have cats from a local rescue wandering the store. Many of the cats are up for adoption, and are so cute.

I have always known of N2N, and bought from them from time to time, I recently started working in Downtown Tacoma and have 2 Laberdoodle puppies that I want to feed the best food. I went in there and talked to them and they were so helpful, were able to get me a healthy grain diet as grain free was not working for them and special ordered it. I ran out, and they were able to locate it and available in 2 days! The kicker is I forgot to bring food with me to work the very next day and they provided with me a comperable food via samples, no need to buy a whole bag of food and my boys were very happy!! The customer service is unparalled!

My dogs simply love this store ,and the staff. Great selection of quality supplies and food. Last night my Dog Chief refused to walk away from the closed store ..he just kept turning around going to the door looking for the crew and his treat..so cute.

One of the best spots to shop for spot! I have poodle with itchy, sensitive skin and food allergies. The staff have patiently spent so much time sharing their knowledge. I've learned so much about kibble. While that might not sound like an exciting conversation, it was hugely helpful in finding a good feeding strategy for my girl. Great treats, good selection of chews and kind staff always willing to help. The best!

Oh man! Where do I start. The lady with the coo dreads (Deesha). Love her cause she knows all lines of animal food according to every brand in there. I told her my Bellas issues, old and missing teeth and I didn't realize she is now senior (toy poodle) and she lead me to this brand called first Mate for my husbands lil yorkie Diego as well and they are golden. Helped with their digestive system (Not grazing the grass anymore lol), their coats even is shinier and softer. Now the food is a higher quality and a bit more but it's worth it. I went from petco's top shelf brand (forgot the name) to this and I'm happier and so are my lil fur babies.
Oh and she gave me all those sample freebies. Love it!!

Absolutely fantastic pet store with some great options and knowledgeable staff. Love the local feel too, and I can't wait to see what they do with the killer outdoor space. I also really appreciate their continued support of COVID Safe protocols. As someone with a compromised immune system, I appreciate businesses that support my freedom to shop in a safe environment!
