I recently moved to the area and have been using The UPS Store of Cedar Knolls for about a year now. From my very first experience, I've found it to be the most efficient and friendly UPS store I've ever encountered.

Every interaction I've had at this store has been positive. The team members are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they also greet you with genuine smiles. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service.

I want to commend the owner/manager for curating such a wonderful team. The commitment to creating a welcoming and efficient environment is evident in every aspect of the store. Whether it's a quick question or a shipping task, the staff is always ready to assist.

Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with my experiences at The UPS Store of Cedar Knolls, and I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Kudos to a job well done!

I’m giving a heartfelt thanks to Joey at the UPS Store in Morristown. I have being going there for years for Amazon returns and package shipping. They are always a pleasure to deal with, greeting customers and moving quickly! Joey went above and beyond recently when my mother-in-law and I needed assistance. She was trying to get a package rerouted and the UPS corporate and the shipper were being very unhelpful. Joey stepped in to help us with the situation and gave us information on how to navigate the situation resulting in a successful outcome and calming of nerves. Thank you, thank you!!! Best UPS store and shipping team I have dealt with ever!

The entire staff….Joey, James, John Scott, Jessica and Darshill have been nothing but professional, and patient while providing all of their services. I have used them for passports, faxing, copies, returns, and notary services. No matter how busy the store is I am greeted and waited on with a smile and a helpful attitude!

James and Joey saved my wedding!!! All of my wedding signed were saved because of James. I got my signs printed at a different vendor and they were all ruined. I showed James my vision and he worked with me to make them come to life. He communicated effectively and timely and always offered solutions. Thank you James!!

Scott assisted me with an incoming fax from my girlfriends doctor regarding test results on 11/24. This was of upmost important to our family because she is battling terminal cancer from 911 and every test result is so important and we are always anxious to get the report as soon as possible. Scott was very professional. I have been a regular customer since I moved to town 1 year ago and every team member is awesome. This store should be a role model for other retail stores for exceeding service and customer expectations.

I had a doozy of a request - my parents forgot their electronics as we rushed to the airport and I needed to get it overnighted to my parents. Joey and James were in the office this day and both immediately jumped to my rescue.

Joey made sure to ask permission before touching their items, and talked me through how they would need to safely package things for transport. He quoted out two different scenarios in order to help try and cut costs.

James did a fantastic job ensuring things were accurate in the system and then packaging things up.

24 hours later, my parents had all their items completely across the country and were very complimentary of the prompt support the UPS in Cedar Knolls gave.

I have at least 3 UPS stores to choose from near me but I'll always use this location from now on. Joey greeted me this morning with a smile and he was super fast and helpful.

This is the best run UPS store in our area. All of the employees are friendly and efficient. I've never been in the store for longer than a few minutes to complete my business. I will drive further to this store for their superior service. I highly recommend Joey and all of his staff at this location.

I was already a customer for a few corporate printing needs. James and team are always so nice and welcoming. The work is always well done and on time. Recently, I had a postcard order for a nonprofit I am part of and was told the order was free of charge, they were “donating” them for the good cause!! With this combination of professionalism and kindness/generosity, this is a business that deserves to be supported.

I have no clue how this or any other UPS store in this area can get a lower than 5 star rating. Friendly smiles, helpful staff, efficient service and great prices!

It’s funny to say but I always leave with a smile on my face after leaving a UPS store, happy that my whole trip took 5 minutes and I got everything done with efficiency!

I will without a doubt be going back to this UPS store for all of my shipping and printing needs! You are always greeted with the best smiles and welcomes, and the staff is always extremely helpful. James was so wonderful to work with for my wedding seating chart. He was very responsive and helped me to explore the best option for printing.
