Really professional dealership! I was helped out by Ahmed, he went above and beyond to get the deal done. Him and the sales manager John are both exceptional, they did their utmost to give the most for my trade in. Would absolutely recommend this dealership for anyone in NYC.

Two gentlemen from Dana Lincoln Ford came to my home, took my keys and did all the services that they were supposed to do right at my home. They were done in less than an hour. The cost was reasonable. They were very polite and professional, and I am Greatly appreciative.

Five stars and I HATE legacy dealers. Reason for five stars is because Andrew in sales agreed to give me his best price out the door without me having to come in. I can't overstate enough how important this was for me. In the end I purchased used from a private party so I did not complete the sale w/ this dealer but I was happy about the transparency provided up till the last minute. I ended up visiting the dealer after getting pricing to drive the vehicle and he & his manager stayed respectful of my time while I was there and allowed me to leave when I wanted to which is a lot to say for a legacy dealer.

Hi, I worked w Ahmed K on buying my 2022 Aviator that I found on CarGurus that linked me to the Dana Ford dealership. He was professional, efficient and easy to work with. We had a trade in that he valued at the same cost as the other dealers we were talking to. We wanted this particular car for the low miles and cost and luxury feel. So thankful to Mike Bachrach and Doug Hansen for facilitating an excellent shopping experience for an Explorer ST. I couldn’t find what I wanted locally in Vermont, but found plenty of options in their inventory. I was able to pick out a vehicle, work a deal, and do almost all of the paperwork from my home. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.

The salesman, Ching, remained knowledgeable and friendly throughout, despite us not ultimately purchasing the vehicle we were interested in. They continued to treat us like valued customers, distinguishing themselves from some other dealerships.

I have been going to Dana Ford for about 10 years now and I'm on my 5th Ford vehicle from them. I always talk with Doug and I never feel pressured or lied to when it comes time to renew a lease or to buy a new SUV.
