Really nice spot with a lot of space. Has outdoor seating as well. I stopped by for a quick bite. Love the setup! I will definitely come back if I am in the area again.

Great, cute spot to grab some coffee and a quick bite. The iced caramel macchiato is top-notch - just ask the barista to stir the caramel into the espresso before adding milk, trust me. And the chocolate chip cookies are one of the best we've ever had!

Love Greggory’s! Great atmosphere to work, hang out, and meet up with friends. They have good food with healthy vegan options as well. Coffee is also great with many milk substitutes. Personally love the crunchy power bites, the matcha latte, and the fall out boy

Nice selection of traditional and more eclectic coffees and drink selections like the gluten-free 'peanut pleaser', 'honey badger's or the 'blue biotic shot'...and it is blue!

On my first visit my sense is their approach is slightly different from other coffee shops as their selections are prepared In advance and do not require a traditional barista in some cases. At the same time I understand that they are religious about dumping drip coffee on a short schedule so that it is always fresh which is probably why the coffee tastes so good.

My sense was their drip was similar in taste to a pour over and by that I mean it was very complex, floral and rich as you would expect from a pour over but - this was just the drip, a good sign.

I also tried the iced Hall & Oats and Nu Brew and thought both were great.

Nice place to sit as seating is a long windows which overlook the sidewalk and also has some limited seating outside

Will try again and may be a place worth driving a bit out of the way for a solid coffee.

We have visited your stores in NYC and near where we live in NJ. The Summit location is the best---compared to competition in the area and other Gregory stores we have visited. One suggestion: you need to prune the foliage next to the booths as it is overgrown. Love the jazz music, the flat white coffee, and the chocolate chip cookies.

I had a quick stop here while my husband was at the optometrist right across the street. Iced coffee and chocolate chip cookies are amazing! I will definitely be back.

I love this place! So many vegan breakfast sandwiches and the Fall Oat boy is my absolute favorite drink on the menu.

The app option for ordering ahead is great for on the go quick drop in and grab your order. Couldn't get coffee here as often as I do with out it

Their coffee is smooth and I love the complexity of the flavour. The variety of options is very nice and the fact that the majority of their coffee is made with plant-based milks is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and the employees have been kind aswell.

Gregorys Coffee is DA BOMB! It's a little piece of the Big Apple in my backyard. I am so OVER the national chains. The vibe is totally NYC. Follow up visit. Had an amazing croissant skim cortado and pure green wake me up shot. All were great.

Best coffee shop in Summit

First time trying Gregorys and the in store experience is on point. Well done space good for pickup, enjoying a cup of coffee, or getting some work done. Great staff and some of the coolest menu boards I’ve ever seen. Tried an americano and the flower power, both were everything we were looking for.

My new favorite coffee shop in Summit. Can't say enough about it! Finally, great coffee and a solid vegan menu!!!!

Love this place. Their sea salt caramel cold brew hit the spot. Great atmosphere and wonderful place to do some work or just hang out with friends.

Where do I begin? From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with second to no customer service. Staff were polite, they remembered the names of frequent customers and seemed to enjoy serving the community of Summit! The ambiance is pretty chilled with a great playlist.

Now, when it comes to the menus, man, it's off the chain. Freshly brewed coffees that are refreshed every 35 minutes, y'all. No stale coffee!! The food menu is all inclusive, from vegan to gluten-free options and much more. Once you go Gregory's, you'll never go back to the usual coffee chains.

For recommendations; I'd say you gotta try every darn thing on the menu.

Simply awesome. Tried two new items today since my usual vegan burrito was sold out! I chose the other vegan sandwich and hot chocolate with oatmilk. So good!!!

No vegan burritos..all sold out! Ordered the Vegan Deluxe instead.....not disappointed. Such a pleasant place with pleasant staff.

Oh, and grabbed a bag of house blend, too!

They are very cool, the menu has a lot to chose from, but as most of the other cafes, they do not stir well sugar on coffee drinks, and you can feel the sugar in the bottom of the cup, especially when it’s brown sugar!

This coffee is superb. I have been drinking Gregory’s for many years since my niece managed a store at 10 Wall St. I live in Hunterdon county. Summit is worth the trip . My cousins who lives there we go often. Only coffee I can drink black. All the subtle nuances are there. Smooth, satisfying and outstanding. Will go often. Kudos!

Great coffee, I tried the fall oat boy and it was delicious! I can’t wait to come back and try the other menu items. I also love the decor inside, great workspace with lots of lighting. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Gregory’s and I can’t wait to go back!
