Famous Footwear

I recently went in with my husband and granddaughter into this location and the customer service is exceptional! They had a mad customer and they handled it extremely well! I hope this customer realizes that the employees can't just change prices on their inventory to match your price! It isn't a negotiation, it is a store and they have to follow their company rules!

This is the only famous footwear that I will go to! The employees are extremely helpful and are always welcoming! The last time I went in, there was an extremely upset customer and the employees handled it so well! The employees never raised their voices and they tried to take care of it professionally. The customer was way out of line and those young women took care of it with grace!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Amanda and Hadley have both helped me several times and they always go the extra mile to help me find what I’m looking for, and have great suggestions for other styles i might like. You can tell they really care about people. Great prices on nike. They are always working super hard, running back and forth in this store because it is BIG. Great selection and everything is set out very clean and organized. If they don’t have your size, they can ship it to you for free, which is great. I always have such a great experience at the bountiful store, Amanda and Hadley are shoe experts and are sweet as can be. I will not shop at any other famous footwear, this is my favorite location in utah, best customer service and selection.

I happened to go into FF and bought 3 boxes of shoes. All on sale! 2 of them are sandals. I will need them for my trip to California. And some classic Blowfish boots. I love this brand! The girl that rang me up was very helpful. I will go back for more shoes and points to save $

These shoes are awesome. Gone thru several pairs. I've had the ones on the left at least 3yrs and write therm most of the time

I had the best experience the other day, the employees were so helpful even after having to deal with an inappropriate customer! He had recently posted a terrible review but he didn’t get the correct story! Ryan Clay decided to throw a huge fit over a $20 difference that the young ladies couldn’t do anything about! He was telling and causing a huge scene and even said “I will escalate this!” How inappropriate and juvenile could this man be to harass these young girls! They are only trying to do their jobs and they can’t make everyone happy! Please remember this when you are going into a store! In fact Ryan Clay don’t go anywhere if your going to be harassing women!

Came here looking for some winter shoes. Something between a shoe and a boot with traction. Received prompt help with my inquiry, found a pair I liked and was checked out quickly. I always seem to find what I like at famous footwear for a reasonable price.

Famous Footwear is where I always take my kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The stores layout is clean and makes it easy to find things. They have the brands my kids like converse and sketchers. The prices have always been very reasonable.

McKenna Dyer is my mostest favoritest person at the shoe place.

Out of state for a dance competition and this store didn't have what I needed, but called to a sister store to reserve their last pair. They also suggested I not forget the online coupon giving me another 20% off.

I was greeted right away and was asked if I needed any help. The very nice employee recommended the perfect brand of shoes for me. Excellent service!
