The service and the people are always great this location. Don't know why it has bad reviews. I have lived and commuted to Carteret for most of my life and the experience has always been positive with everyone.

We went here to get gas as it was cheap, but was shocked at the pre-charge price. We set a limit at $100 per transaction on our credit card, but this place does $125 of pre-charge, instead of the usual $1 seen at more well known gas stations. I believe this is suspicious and immediately left after getting a call from our credit card company about this incident. I don’t recommend coming here for gas as the guy just said that the card getting rejected was normal and that we should just keep trying it.

Came to this gas ⛽ November -19- 2020 about 8:30am and the gas attendant was not wearing a mask what so ever and was coughing and 🤧 all over my debit card while it was half way inserted into the gas pump,I did want to say anything to cause an argument, nowadays just write a negative review and a true one about your experience and that will do fine.

Gas attenent super lazy didn't want to use the machine inside to take my card refused me gas rude as well mutterd something in his home language not going there anymore you to only get my gas there cause I was loay an thought they were nice once
