Eastside is a fantastic local business that provides professional ski services with friendly and helpful staff. When I needed a quick turnaround on new binding mounting this season, Eastside was super responsive and worked with me to ensure my gear was ready to go. Will definitely return here in the future.

I recently visited Eastside Ski & Sport in Totem Lake and I highly recommend visiting! The staff was super friendly and I felt heard when I had questions and concerns. The shop just opened up and looks fantastic! If you are looking for a shop that has quality products and customer service this is the place to go. I will definitely be bringing my friends and family for rentals or any of my ski/bike needs!

Stopped in here because we couldn’t get day of rentals at a different place.
The rental option was amazing, we went on Saturday, and instead of rushing to return that day or even having to do it Sunday- I relaxed and was able to return them on my lunch Monday!
The employees were SO helpful and kind (checking out took a while) but only because a few issues came in at once- but everyone was SO kind and so pleasant through the wait. And we’re very apologetic

I had bought my bike from the Redmond Microsoft campus and these guys were really helpful to claim my Shimano shifter warranty. Bike technician Jim is a great guy and they even opened to store to fix my bike on their holiday. They didn't try to unnecessarily sell parts and just replaced what was needed. Highly recommended for buying and servicing the bike.

Amazing customer service and great staff. I always rented my snowboards here and just recently bought a snowboard from them as well. I had an issue with the bindings and they fixed it immediately with no hassle. I would highly recommend these guys for snowsports service and I'm sure their bike services are just as amazing. Now that I have my own board I won't be renting from them anymore, but I will be sure to go to them for service in the future!

I have been coming here for years to rent snowboards and boots. I love it every time. The staff are super helpful and kind and I’ve always left satisfied. Nathaniel was very helpful to us the last time we were here to buy snowboard boots.

Writing this while leaving the shop now. . The owner of this shop is extremely nice. We recently got a bike and it didn't work out for us as we were looking for something different and this was the first time we went bike shopping and he was really helpful in understanding our requirements. I will definitely come back in the future.

I usually wax my own snowboard, but I decided to bring my board in for a full tuneup before the season begins. They did a phenomenal job on my board, they fixed a bunch of scratches on my base, and now it is completely ready for the season. I highly recommend them!

The two owners are nice and helpful. Good knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. Has inventory of bikes in the summer and ski/snowboard gear in the winter. A good all around shop for anybody.

Took bikes in for a tune-up, got some education and one bike was turned away as not needing any work. A trustworthy shop that I plan to return to.
