Lorraine created a beautiful floral arrangement for a funeral service. I contacted her based on the reviews, and she was amazing to work with. The flowers were premium quality, artfully arranged, and delivered on time.

I have been using Floral Fantasy for years. Lorraine is the best! She gets exactly what you want and does a great job, I mostly leave it to her and have never been disappointed. I hope someday I will need flowers for a happy event, and I know she will come through!! Professional and understanding . If I could give more stars I would !

We were blown away by the gorgeous flower arrangements that we purchased from this company for our uncle’s funeral. From beginning to end the staff was kind, courteous, beyond caring & empathetic, and professional. They gave their condolences to our family and made sure it was all taken care of. All I had to do was tell them what we wanted, sent reference photos. We will forever recommend this place to friends - thank you so much.

Walked in looking for just sunflowers not knowing they specialize in funeral arrangements. The main lady there asked what my price point was and I ended up walking out with two beautiful, reasonably priced, sunflower arrangements. Before stopping in here I almost bought an overpriced arrangement at Met a block away. Thank you for helping me. Walked outta there with a big grin 🌻

Two months ago my uncle suddenly passed away. It was a horrible time for my family. Coming from a very traditional family, the flowers had to be big and beautiful. I knew automatically i would be calling Floral Fantasy. They are the best florist in brooklyn. The flowers came out PERFECT. Aside from their great work, the staff and owners are welcoming and compassionate. Jojo and Anthony made sure everything was done right and for a great price. I ordered from floral fantasy for my mothers service.I was taken back by how beautiful and breathtaking the arrangements were. I ordered too big rose bouquets, one for each side of my mother's urn and won big center piece which was phenomenal. I highly recommend ordering from this talented and meticulous Florist every Rose was perfect, the size, the color, it was truly satisfying seeing such a work of art being displayed at my mothers service, whether you need flowers for funerals or birthdays, or for a significant other, please call Anthony, he was extremely helpful, patient, kind and very thoughtful.

Absolutely beautiful arrangements. My girlfriend lives in Albany and I placed an order 2 weeks in advance for $70 worth of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but the local florist had provided a pathetic bouquet. My girlfriend had appreciated the gesture, but I wasn't satisfied.

On Valentine's Day Evening I walked into this establishment and placed an order to be picked up at 8am the following morning. Luckily I came into some extra money, so I said "Here's $50. Just give me that much worth of roses, daisies, and a vase." When I picked them up I was stunned by how beautiful they looked. After taking the bus upstate, I surprised my girlfriend with the arrangement and she was at a loss for words.

This is the second time I've worked with this florist, and it certainly won't be the last. My girlfriend claims "they are the world's best florist," and I agree. They sincerely care about their customers' satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more.

The floral arrangement by Floral Fantasy of Bay Ridge was even more beautiful than the picture! Kelly was very kind as she patiently wrote out the Bible verse I wanted on the card for my dear friend's funeral service, who I'm sure was also admiring the lovely flowers from heaven. So glad I used this Bay Ridge florist. Thank you so much!

Have had 3 arrangements done with input from Lorraine who works there and every single creation has been nicer than the next. She is a master at her craft and has not disappointed. She made us a bleeding heart, the Italian flag and a cross with the rosary beads. The price is right and the presentation is gorgeous. Extremely satisfied! I placed an online order this past Friday for a funeral the following Monday. I called in to get a little more info about their deliveries. Lorrain, who often answers the phone, was informative and guided me in picking the right flower arrangement at an affordable price. My flower arrangement was the nicest and the one that stood out the most and was delivered on time. These people know how to run a business, the arrangement was worth every penny! Lorraine, who handles and practices true customer care for Floral Fantasy Florist in Bay Ridge is the best in the business. She works in the space between the customer’s wants and needs and their incredible floral designer’s (Jessica’s) artistry. The results are truly spectacular! Lorraine’s care and concern is heartfelt and she is so genuine and funny. And, my God, if you want to express your love through the perfect floral arrangement, Lorraine and Jessica, the designer at Floral Fantasy in Bay Ridge, “knock it out of the park.”

I live in the neighborhood and, every time I pass this store, I see one beautiful, full and fresh arrangement being created and/or placed on their delivery truck after another.

Sadly, I have purchased many wake arrangements over the last few years from other florists closer to the given funeral homes. I am so blown away by the arrangement Floral Fantasy designed and delivered to my Aunt’s wake tonight (all the way to Long Island no less) for the same price. I will NEVER use any other florist again if I can help it. I believe they deliver to a number of other boroughs including New Jersey.

As an update to this review, heartbroken, I had to purchase another wake arrangement from Floral Fantasy yesterday and their help was amazing again. Jessica, their designer, spoke to me about the special arrangement she will be creating for us and it made us feel comforted to know that her amazing talent and care would go into it.

Pass by this florist shop and you will see what I see and you will never shop anywhere else for flowers ever again! It was great dealing with Floral Fantasy. Loraine took good care of us just in time for Mother’s Day! They were able to deliver 3 dozen roses just a few days before we needed it. Very pleased with their service.

My sporadic floral needs, while not as elaborate as some of the incredible funerary arrangements one sees ready to go out the door on any given day, have always been satisfied here. Most recently, late in the day, I just caught the designer before she headed home, and she cheerfully stayed to make three arrangements for me; Lorraine, meanwhile, is an absolute riot to talk to. NYC tourist guides should send people here just to experience her Genuine Brooklyn edge-with-a-heart-of-gold. She will keep you entertained while you wait. Make this your go-to place!

I was so happy with the arrangement Floral Fantasy provided for my mother's funeral in May. Lorraine was very helpful and kept me within my budget. They delivered when they said they would...the arrangements exceeded what I imagined for the price Lorraine and I worked out. Very flexible and very reliable. Fresh, fresh flowers!
