I had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here today. Dr. Smith and his assistant were so patient with me, who came in completely anxiety ridden. His assistant even let me squeeze her hand while I was being prepped and explained the aftercare directions to me. The whole procedure took 13 minutes and in now resting comfortably.

Dr. Smith was amazing pulling a wisdom tooth for me yesterday. He methodically went after why I was not numbing up and having referred pain. My anxiety was high once the first injections didn’t work. This procedure took him much longer than normal, I am sure, but I would be very confident going back to him for any dental work as he was patient, kind, understanding, and listened. His staff was amazing and equally kind and understanding. The process was very professional from start to end. I knew exactly what was going to happen. I have minimal pain after 24 hours. Thank you! I would 100% recommend this Oral Surgery Office.

Amazing work! Dr. Matt removed my cracked molar in less than 5 minutes. It was quick and painless. It's been 24 hours now and I haven't even needed to take anything for pain because I have none! I could tell Dr. Matt is very experienced at what he does. The staff, including the reception desk and nurse/assistant were also very kind and professional as well as informative.

I recently had Dr. Smith remove a back molar and I was so impressed with his work that I thought others should know! Of course this procedure will have the normal amount of dental chair pain and I was told that it wasn't going to be a piece of cake beforehand. But the whole procedure went very well and out the door I went with a couple of stitches and a large mouthful of gauze.

The recovery is what this award is for! I literally had no lasting pain after the Novocain wore off and no swelling to speak of at all. The very next day I was back to normal. I just think Dr. Smith and his staff are a very professional organization and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Dr. Smith is simply the best! He is incredibly friendly, professional, thorough, and great at what he does. Dr. Smith answered any and all questions I had during the consultation appt and thoroughly explained the procedure to me. He gave me lots of options and made me feel very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were all also very professional, kind, and friendly at every appt. The surgical procedure went very smoothly. I did not feel any pain or discomfort, and it was over before I knew it. Dr. Smith’s surgical assistant was very comforting and incredibly friendly— she even took the time to walk me out to my car after the procedure was over. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his lovely staff to everyone!

The staff is wonderful and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor. I was dreading the surgery for weeks but it went as well as it could go. Dr Smith was a great surgeon.

Dr. Smith extracted my infected tooth in NO time! He was very nice and gently hummed while doing his thing, which was surprisingly comforting. His assistant was also super sweet and explained aftercare in detail and answered all of my questions. I was terrified walking into the office, and walking out I felt so much better. I had very MINIMAL pain after the tooth was out, and the healing process has been going great! 100% recommend this office!

Best experience at a dentist ever! Very fast and professional and informative. After my impacted wisdom tooth was extracted , hygenest spent 15 - 20 mins. Explaining and informing me what to do and not do . She gets 5 stars too!

Very rough. I told him I have bad pain when I have teeth worked on and even though I was basically screaming because he didn't anesthesize the area well, he kept going. He was prying on a tooth and pinched my lip between his tool and front teeth. I told him he had pinched it and he said, yeah I know,sorry. He went right back and did the same thing. Now I have a fat lip. Also, I was quoted $250/tooth for extraction and was charged $295/tooth. So My bill was an extra $100 than expected.
UPDATE: I returned about 5 or 6 days later because I thought I had dry socket. I told him where the outside of my gum was painful even just laying on it. He jabs his mirror right into the sore spot. I told him. He did the same exact thing again. Then proceeds to tell me it's from him injecting the Novocaine. I've never had that issue from anyone in the past.

I’m not even sure how the surgeon was because the front desk was so awful that I will never be back. Rude and super condescending. You got a learn when you have a receptionist they need to be good or you’ll take your business elsewhere.
