Rite Aid at 1366 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, NJ is hot! It's just awesome there! Everyone in the pharmacy is great. Deborah T., Michael Both, Marisol and everyone else is just...fabulous! They always make sure your prescriptions are ready on time and they're really nice. I especially like the company Michael Both uses to order medication. I don't know what company that is, but it works for me.

Mike & Yvette, the 2 pharmacist are great & professional..staff & workers are very helpful & friendly as well! Great pharmacy.!

The world of retail is changing so much, but, I was pleasantly surprised when I experienced some good old fashioned customer service at the Clifton store.

The store was nice and bright and clean. Two staff members offered to help me find what I was shopping for AND when I called the store, the person who answered, immediately and pleasantly connected manager, Alina to help with my request. I took a chance and asked for some purchase history that I thought might be too much trouble to find. Well,
Alina tracked it down and made my day!
In a world that has become so lacking in empathy, it is nice to know that Clifton has a gem of a staff at RiteAid.

Organized pharmacy, all staff pleasant and efficient, clean store - would go out of my way to go back there again.

Conveniently located, ample parking and nice selection. Store is clean and well organized. RX prices seem reasonable. Using the app, prices on some things are less expensive than grocery stores. Returns from online orders very easy. Some cashiers are extremely distracted by their phones while others are engaged and helpful. Recommend and will be going back.

The Rite Aid in the Richfield shopping Center in Clifton,NJ is the best pharmacy. From the pharmacist to the other works at the pharmacy, they are really wonderfully, caring, knowledgeable, kind and answer your questions and don't rush you. If I could give them 100 stars I would. The wait, if there is a line goes very quickly. You have the option to wait for your prescription to be made or if more convinent, you can come back later that day or the next day, whatever you prefer. The pharmacy workers come out to help you find what you are looking for if you can't find it in the isles.
I have been going to this Rite Aid since I moved here 5 years ago and would go no where else. They treat you like family, which is a really nice quality for them to have. Thank you Rite Aid for making my life so nuch easier when it comes to my prescriptions and any questions I may have.

The store is always immaculately clean and well shelved. The employees there are always very friendly and try to help you whenever you have a question. Recently I wasn't able to find a particular item and so I asked one of the employees who not only told me where it would be located but walked me to it even though I could see she was very busy. Thank you so much!

The best friendly pharmacy staff ever! Everyone recognizes me and some even greet me by name and ready my order while I’m waiting in line. The store is clean and bright and I always find items that are on a good sale when I explore the aisles.

Great location right off route 3. AnnMarie in the pharmacy was very friendly, quick and efficient. I called in my refill and it was ready within 25minutes. The pharmacy picked up the phone very quickly unlike other locations. Clean store.

This review is for the pharmacist, his name is Mike, he’s the most amazing pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. I get scared to take medications but He takes his time to explain any questions you have, how to take the medicine and when to take it he is very knowledgeable. God bless this amazing pharmacist
