The best Chinese food I ever tasted in the USA. The atmosphere is very elegant and authentic, too. Uniformed gentleman serves you with recommendation for food.
Even jasmine tea was the best ever. Also very clean bathroom~!

Food was flavorful, fresh and came out quick. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would come back again, especially for the dumplings.

For the first time, my experience was simply wonderful. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager, super amiable. Not to mention the food had a mouth watering aroma, absolutely delicious. Overall, the restaurant was great and it’s guaranteed I’ll come back for a second visit.

My wife and I went to dine in this restaurant yesterday. The food is wonderful, the server is friendly and acts quickly, the atmosphere is traditional and relaxing. Overall, we had good time and would recommend this place for Chinese food lovers!

Best Chinese in the area! Eating in is nice and everything is hot and crispy! We love the scallion pancakes and chicken with broccoli and crispy shredded beef.

Ok so we ventured here for my 47 yrs young Birthday and I must admit the food was delicious ..nice size portions...cozy atmosphere... We will return.. .

Most authentic Chinese food you can find in the area! Upon arrival, we were happy to see that the restaurant had it's own parking lot in the back. Everything was fresh and straight out of the kitchen. I enjoy crispy jumbo shrimp w/ honey walnuts. It was cooked perfectly and tenderly, and the shrimp itself was meaty and juicy. Wait staff were attentive and helpful, the servings were appropriate and very filling, and our dining experience was very pleasant. I would recommend the restaurant to friends of mine.

Lunch menu good value. Food is really good. Pork fried rice is good,General Tsao Chicken could be more spicy but good. Sweet&Sour chicken my kids love it.Service is excellent and quick at 1:30 PM Thursday.

The best Chinese food restaurant in this area! I ordered a take out on my way home. The food taste good. The spices and flavor has balance blend. If you like the taste of spicy but not crazy about the "hottest", I strongly recommend "Wonton in Spicy Sauce" and "Crazy Fish". :-)

Let me start of by saying what a wonderful place, aesthetically perfect. Customer serives was amazing easy to follow and the gentleman was very polite and funny as we were welcomed at the entrance. The food was visibly appealing and the first bite left me wanting even more and more. The flavour and spices had a nice blend to it not too spicy and not bland, it was perfect and the aroma elevated the dishes further. The prices of the dishes are very reasonable for the amount and quality they serve, And again the waiters were gentle and polite. Overall id say by far this is one of my best places ive been and ill definitely be coming again to try some of the other dishes. I enjoyed myself and left feeling happy, its a 5 stars from me, keep working hard !!!

We tried this place for the first time looking for authentic Chinese cuisine. It was amazing! We were contemplating whether to do take out but the guy that met us at the door said stay and eat the food taste better when u dine in. He wasn’t lying the food was fantastic! We will be calling to cater our NYE.

The hostess was friendly greeting us, and we had our choice of either a booth or a table. The interior of the restaurant was well decorated, and we appreciated the natural lighting and the abundance of plants that really brought the place to life. The menu was absolutely extensive, and there were practically endless options for us to choose from. Luckily, the menu was well organized and we were able to consult our waiter for recommendations. We ordered the hot and sour soup, the spicy wontons, and the shrimp toast. All came quickly and piping hot, and tasted fresh and very flavorful. They were also very accommodating to the vegetarian in the party, which is uncommon for some other Chinese restaurants.

We ordered a bunch of entrees to share, but by far the highlight was the lobster. It was cooked perfectly and tenderly, and the lobster itself was meaty and juicy. The sauce was deliciously savory, and we could taste the skill of the chefs in each bite. Our other entrees were just as satisfying, and you truly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

Overall, the wait staff were attentive and helpful, the servings were appropriate and very filling, and our dining experience was very pleasant. We will definitely be returning, and getting takeout when we can't come in! You can't miss this spot!

Food was delicious! Service was amazing!

On a recommendation from a friend, we ventured to Springfield to try Hunan Spring. Generals Tso's was very good. My wife had garlic chicken and our friend had chicken and broccoli. All were excellent. Definitely coming back to try more dishes.

The food at Hunan Springs was great. I went there with a few of my high school friends and they all agreed. The vegetable noodles with soy sauce was great. The boba tea was magnificent. The spring rolls were nice and crisp. The environment in the restaurant was good.

My family has eaten here every Christmas for 10 years. It’s by far the best Chinese food around here. Reliable, delicious, friendly staff and great service. We’ll be coming back for many more years to come.
