Boston Market

Found out that this place is under new management. He made so many changes to this place that its a completely different vibe. He said he slowly getting new equipment and wants to restore this place and make it successful. I feel his determination through the food. I can tell this guy cares. I was happy with my visit, I hope the other locations learn from this guy. I miss how Boston market use to be, where the quality is what mattered.

So, I went in there on Thanksgiving. And as you can see, the place is packed. All the workers were doing their best to be very cordial and get the people in and out as fast as I could under very tough circumstances. I try to leave a tip on the credit card. But they said I couldn't do it. Perhaps Boston Market should look into that feature for their hard working employees as a lot of people do not carry cash on them nowadays.

I’ve never had a problem at this location. AlwYs a good customer experience. I ordered chicken pot pie. It was the last one. I was happy to finally get one as no location were serving them due to a shortage.

I went into the establishment on 3/27/23 for lunch and also to pick up lunch for my mom. I usually have the market bowl with two different veggie sides...my usual. I ordered the Sou5hern Fried Chicken dinner for my mom. However, before I exited the parking lot, the store manager flagged me down, came to my vehicle, and notified me that another patron complained that the Southern Fried Chicken was too dry. He told me he would exchange the chicken for another meat if I'd come back inside.
This is what you call "Above and Beyond Service.." ; ) I'm more than satisfied with my overall experience at this location.

It was very easy to place an order online for delivery. The delivery person was right on time, when the food arrived it was still hot and very tasty. Highly recommend this place as a choice for a good restaurant.
You will like the speedy service too !

Great food great service I like the place

Been coming here for years, and have never had a problem. Went there last week. I ordered two rotisserie chickens and picked up easily. I got it for a family gathering and everyone enjoyed it.

Have not been to a Boston Market since 1990. Wow, have I been missing out. Large turkey with mashed potatoes and corn was excellent. Side of corn bread also, very good. However, no stuffing, but was promised it was just a shipping error and they would have back in stock in 2 days. UPDATE - stuffing was back next time I went, got 2 sides, yummy 🤸

I ordered the prime rib with a side of mixed vegetables of zucchini, broccoli and carrots and a side of creamed spinach and it was delicious. A little more done(prime) than I wanted it to be but I finally made it, the three previous times they sold out so I'm grateful for what I did receive LOL. Tender, Tasty, Juicy sums it up!!!!!

Great customer service. Food is great too just didn't like the fact that I had to find an atm to pay cash but I understand where she was coming from. Will definitely go there again

By far one of the friendliest BM location in NJ. There’s not much left of Boston Market stores nationwide and I’m glad this one stood through the test of time.

Emmanuel the manager was attentive and delightful to every guest that walked in to order food. He took his time to answer any questions regarding food products and promotions.

The line server who scooped a good amount of Mac&Cheese was totally worth the entree! Keep up the good work Union Chestnut! You guys are a valuable within town!

Fast and friendly service. Everyone was nice and patient. First time eating there and my palate was pleased. I even bought my dinner for the for my children. They enjoyed it as well.

The chicken bowl is a balanced and wholesome dish of choice for me and I love the Chicken Caesar Salad.The romaine is crisp and fresh, large but thinly sliced fresh parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons
and chuncky , delicious salad dressing which tops everthing and set aside for you.The absolute is the sweet potato souffle and never ever deny yourself the roasted chicken.Although I do not eat pork, I always see a satisfaction on the face of diners who indulge ; the ribs are covered in sweet smokey bbq sauce.Yes and there is PRIME RIB prepared to your specifications. Run...do not delay! The place is always clean and the steam table is refreshed often!

Love the food here! Never have had any issues. And the food is fresh! You get your money's worth!

Placed an order online and picked up only half.. went back and the folks at Boston Market fixed everything to make my order perfect! Will go back to this location, great customer service!!

Stephen my delivery guy was amazing I had an Amazing order of mashed potatoes and sweet corn from the Boston market delicious and I could track my order the entire way and the delivery guy was cool

Very Good food, the employees are really nice, great vibes! I love the mashed potatoes and the rice specially!!

The food was very tasty I was accommodated because of my at the end open up however my veggies with cold but I did go back and she gave me another servings of hot veggie so should I give this to 5 cuz they really work with me

Great food, but always check your order before you leave. They always forget something in my order and i find myself making a second trip.
