Towne Storage - Washington Dam

I needed a furniture dolly for a quick move of a few pieces of furniture and called Towne Storage. I was very happy to learn they loan out such a dolly for free which helped me out a lot. They let me use it over the weekend at no charge. When I picked the dolly up, I noticed how clean their facility was. It sits on a graded mesa overlooking ranches and new developments. While I don't rent out a unit, I will be coming straight back if I ever have a need to do so; I'm pretty confident I'd have a 5-star experience. The staff was kind and patient. I figure a facility that offers help with the little things in life is good for the big stuff.

I've used Towne Storage a couple of times now to hide Christmas presents. I only had to pay for one month. They've always been great to work with and were very accommodative to my specific needs. I would recommend using them for your storage needs.

The owner/manager is fantastic. We were late unloading the U-Haul the day we moved and he was kind enough to give us some extra time. He also told us we could leave our truck there instead of driving and dropping off at another location which saved us time and extra gas.

Towne Storage is excellent and their customer service is above and beyond. They worked with us to ensure a cross country move was seamless, and their manager was responsive and went out of his way to be help us. Highly recommend.

Terrific experience at the Towne Storage on Washington Dam Rd. Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to help us through the rental process. The office is clean, friendly, organized and quick. We searched many other options in town and this was the right choice for the best customer service! Highly recommend the facility and the employees.

I highly recommend Towne Storage! It is a great place and Rick, the site manager was extremely helpful as well as the woman in the office! (Sorry to have forgotten her name, but she deserves recognition because she was absolutely wonderful!!) She was so patient when I came in 20 minutes before closing to get a unit and explained everything very well for me. She made sure I was prepared and ready for my chaotic move. Rick was able to answer any questions I had and reassured me that they have very safe and protected units. They require codes to get in and out of the units and are open from 6 am to 9 pm. They have some of the best times of availibility for their customers to access the units from my research of places around St. George. I am extremely grateful for their wonderful customer service because they made my stressful move so much easier! Definitely going to miss them when I am back in Idaho!

This is an excellent facility for storing all of the things that you just can’t fit in your house but just can’t seem to part with it. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. They regularly spray and maintain the area to ensure that neither bugs nor rodents will get anywhere close to your possessions. Access to the individual storage units is very easy and accommodates a wide variety of vehicles, including trucks of various sizes. Rick is the person who helped my wife and I and he’s a true joy to work with. Very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. If you find yourself in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend Towne Storage!!!

I went in to Towne Storage and the customer service was remarkable. Sue and Rick were so courteous and kind. They were both so helpful and informative. I didn't end up getting a unit at this time, but when I am ready for a storage unit I will definitely rent a space from Towne Storage.

An excellent facility in every way. Manager Rick was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and went a step above the norm to accommodate my renting needs. The units and grounds are maintained in premium condition, it is operated and managed professionally and in my opinion is the absolute best value in quality and pricing for storage units in Washington County.

Very happy with our experience. Rick greeted us and took us around the property to show us a few units, and efficiently processed the paperwork. We actually really enjoyed talking to him, super nice guy.

Excellent experience! The entire team at Town Storage helped make our transition to a new house easy. Big units at an affordable price made unloading moving van into storage efficient. Great recommendation for moving help from Stan, the facility Manager. Convenient on-site rental of U-Haul truck to move out of unit. Every encounter was an extremely positive customer service experience. I highly recommend the facility and staff of Towne Storage. They treat their customer's right.

I've been reluctant to get a storage unit over the years, but with the help of Rick this weekend I feel very secure about my personal belongings being safe .Rick not only was extremely friendly but very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the correct size unit to ensure I wasn't over charged or trying to pack to much stuff in a smaller unit .Awesome place, awesome crew. Would definitely recommend to others .

We can't say enough about our experience with Rick the manager. He has been a complete joy to work with and made our experience storing (which is not the most fun thing we do) much better.

Cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the customer service at this facility. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rick has gone out of his way help us in so many ways. From helping us get into our unit and also helping obtain UHaul trucks. Additionally, Rick was so helpful, staying late and assisting us while we were coordinating our move-in and move-out.
