The Gentalmen here are very informational and helpful. I told them my situation and they didnt try to empty my pockets, instead they helped me walk out paying less then I expected in multiple occasions. If I ever have a cellphone issue this is the only place I will ever go.

Not reliable

Went to drop my son’s phone off last Tuesday, 9/12 to be told to come back the next day that it will be ready to pick it up. Went back around 4PM (the place says it closes at 7PM) and the doors were locked. Went back Thurs & Fri at the same time, NO ONE THERE!!! No sign on the door stating anything. Unfortunately was told that 1 of the workers passed away. But also was told someone (A Spanish guy) comes there & leaves. Left my number for someone to call me to come get my son’s phone but no one did. Even spoke with the ladies next door at the dress shop & they said he comes & goes.

I JUST WANT THE PHONE BACK!! Fixed or not!!! Very unprofessional to not alert customers of what’s going on!!!

At first they were friendly, but then they became unprofessional, slothful and one of the guy was getting loud with one of my family members. Never again
