Looked over the company website and it seemed promising for any accounting needs. Mine are extremely basic and I live nearby. Used the online contact form and while I did receive a respond to my inquiry, they're not accepting new clients. That's the same as saying you offer no services. I'll never understand when businesses tell me they don't want my money or offer no help whatsoever. It happens more than you'd think and I'd never run my business that way. Its just not good customer service.

She is a horrible accountant. We were transferred over to her after our last accountant reduced his clientele down and we’ve had nothing but problems. Countless calls with no replies and if we go over to her office, she’s never there.
It’s to the point that we don’t know if our taxes were ever filed this year or not. We will never use her again for anything.
Very unethical person.

Called to ask about their services, rude lady told me they won't answer anything since I'm not currently a client so now they won't get me as a client.
