It seems like I have been looking for a pair of stylish fashion boots forever.
All I ever found was a different shoe shopping culture that was missing incredible customer service, until I went to Sole Mates!!!
Sole Mates has the largest selection of the best quality made footwear. In addition, both Bob and Holly are truly amazing. Thank you Holly so much for such an amazing uplifting experience in shoe shopping. Thank you for all your patience, knowledge and making my shoe shopping so much fun !

I am so happy I went to this store! I was wearing shoes 2 sizes too small and now I am so excited to put on my new shoes, it's been 3 days and my back feels better in them! Do not trust those metal feet sizers in the store.. I think everyone could benefit from coming here to at least make sure you know your accurate shoe size. Can't thank Mona enough!

5 stars are not enough for this store! My daughter and I both have long, narrow feet and going to Sole Mates and truly getting sneakers that were the right fit for us was amazing.

At 43 I have arthritis in multiple spots and their knowledgeable staff worked with me to find exactly what I need.

The best selection of shoes, the best customer service by Renatta and Bob, and the most enjoyable buying experience ever! After buying 2 pairs of fabulous new sandals today, I returned to the store with my Husband,——and he bought 3 Fabulous pairs!!! Now Sole Mates is his favorite store too.!It’s great to support our local businesses!

I was having a hard time finding shoes for my son's wedding and found Sole mates in a goggle search. I have never experienced such great customer service. They called the manufacturer to see if the shoe was available in navy and ordered it for me. While I was waiting they polished the boots I was wearing. If you want a great selection of quality shoes and unrivaled customer service this is the store!

Yes, Sole mates has the best shoes but more importantly they have an amazing staff. The owner is the leader of this wonderful staff. Everyone one is helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I don’t get shoes from anywhere else.

When I tell you I’ve never had a better experience shopping for shoes. I came in knowing what I was looking for, tried on a couple of sizes and was happily packing my new shoes up to go check out when Aeden came to check up on me. They had me keep one of the boots on to check the fit and seemed skeptical that it was my size and encouraged me to try the next size up, so I did. All I can say is that I was ready to leave the store with an ill-fitting boot and I’m so glad the at Aeden came to the rescue to make sure that I didn’t! Truly kind and knowledgeable staff, I’ve already recommended Sole Mates to multiple people and this experience happened just yesterday. Thanks again!

Exceptional is the first thought that comes to my head. The staff truly knows their shoes, listens well and always come up with selections. They encourage walking around for as long as you wish in a shoe and listen to your reaction and then might offer up another choice to try. Bottom line: If your feet have issues or needs or you just want good shoes, Sole Mates is THE place. Your feet will be so entirely grateful.

Had an amazing experience here.
Most places that you can buy shoes are department stores that do not have designated employees for the shoe sections. This store was the total opposite; since it is a specialty store carrying only shoes, the customer experience is not only positive, but superb.

The employee we encountered was knowledgeable of the entire stock of the store and provided personalized expertise and advice. They were also able to handle multiple customers concurrently with ease and respect, not ignoring anyone.

I do not think I have ever previously had a positive experience shopping for shoes, as it can get frustrating very quickly when you are faced with dozens of choices, the differences and benefits of which a customer may not be able to discern. However, I left sole mates not only satisfied with my purchase but genuinely happy. The employee who helped us was a joy to talk to and a great help in finding the right shoes for us.

The On brand shoes carried here are an amazing sneaker line that I also highly recommend. My spouse and I have been wearing the pair we each bought for the past month, and they are the most comfortable sneakers we have ever had. They are also quite stylish, and run a decent price for higher end sneakers.

Stopped in the store on a rare day off from my own healthcare job. My feet have been struggling and I have been in need of upgrading some shoes. Renata and Bob took time to share with me what they love and why. I left with a fashionable pair of boots that will replace my discount department store 'bargain" and a spectacular pair of woven casual sandals that I cannot wait to wear this spring. I will be back and hoping they carry some fun "heels" for summer. ;-)

I can’t say enough about Solemates. They have literally changed me. I was never a shoe person until I stumbled upon them a few years ago. Besides having amazing shoes Renata who has helped me pick out many pairs of shoes is simply fantastic. She knows what I like and what would look good on me. She is like having your own personal shopper and friend with you every step of the way. Sometimes I just go in to say hello to her. But then I usually come out with a pair of shoes. If you are looking for a store that actually cares about you look no further. Solemates and Renata are truly the gem of Fairport.

Went in for the first time today after following the store and updates on Facebook. I was incredibly impressed with Renata and Lynn. They went above and beyond to find the right sneakers, flip flops, and insole best for me; they even checked the wear on the bottom of my current boots!!! A phenomenal experience would be an absolute understatement!

I have been “blessed” with large, wide, and difficult to size feet. Since fall I have been searching all the local shoe stores and online for boots that will work with my custom insoles and with my feet. I have struck out EVERYWHERE! That is until I stumbled upon this store! I walked out yesterday with not one, not two, but three pairs of boots that were all on clearance for an unspeakable price! I have found my née store and couldn’t be happier!

Excellent experience! I was leaving for a trip to Europe and needed a pair of water resistant, comfortable, slip proof boots and of course I waited to the last minute. They put me in a pair of Reiker boots and they were perfect for the trip!! Excellent customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable!!
