AT&T Store

A very positive experience. Our customer service representative was knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike Verizon, I wasn’t pushed into unnecessary purchases. He even found a way to save me money on our monthly bill.

If need to do anything to my plan would recommend Ivanka at periton store!! Ivanka was amazing to work with made everything super easy & seamless!! She was a joy to work with & would recommend her to anyone I know!! She not only was patient with me but very knowledgeable!!! Would rate a 5 because of her!!!!! Was trying to see if would be better to switch from other provider to AT & T she was so helpful and not pushy, or trying to make me make a decision too quick!! She texted when said would and made transfer seamless!!! Ivanka is wonderful!!!! Thanks to her saving over 50$ a month!!!

Thank you Ivanka at the Perinton location! She set me up with the new iphone 15, transferred all my data, and answered all my questions. She even demo-ed and explained the new Directv app. Very patient and a pleasure to deal with. Ivanka made it a seamless upgrade in a short amount of time.

I usually go to this location when I need assistance. In the past I haven’t always had the best customer service BUT this time when I needed help with my phone it was a whole different experience. The store has a new manager, I believe her name is Ivanka. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome into the location. Even though my phone was a quick fix, she was incredible. I will continue to come back to this location. I highly recommend anyone to come and see her.

In a time of prevailing, poor customer service, it was a pleasant experience to have the young associate resolve. All my technical problems within five minutes.

AT&T store at Perinton Square were awesome. I had many awful issues with online chat about our Direct TV the previous day and decided to go into the store to go over everything. Jay and Carrie were wonderful. I will definitely go there instead of ”online chat with a tech” again. The chat person messed up our account and didn’t understand very simple questions. Obviously chat was with someone in foreign country.

Benjamin at the Fairport AT&T was patient and thoughtful helping me with my phone. I was dealing with some really stressful issues and he helped me slow down and deal with them. Honestly this was the greatest customer service experience of my life. I felt heard and validated. I can’t recommend Ben enough and the man deserves a raise. He only works Mondays so that’s when I will be coming back.

Ivanka and Greg were amazing! I’m not good at all of the phone stuff! I got the best phone upgrade for me and they got my monthly bill down and got us on a better plan for us. They did everything!

The manager Jeana who took over the store at about 36 weeks pregnant went above and beyond to help me with an existing credit I was owed that internal operations never applied. She did the legwork for me spending hours on the phone and then adding me into the call when they had to confirm with me the credits. It shows great customer service when they will sacrifice their blood pressure for my own. Hopefully we didn’t send her into labor. Thank you for all your help- it’s truly appreciated! Now let’s hope the guy from internal operations carries through on his end while I wait for this text to come through that he promised was coming. 🙏🏻🤞🏻

I visited this store 12/09/2022, my husband and I changed phone services to at&t, Karla the manager was so patient, and very nice, explained everything so well, in english and Spanish, so thankful she made everything so easy, and peaceful, we bought new phones and helped with transferring our info to our new phones and everything. She made everything so easy. Thank you Karla!

Greg helped me out today. I stopped in due to the camera app disappearing on my screen but still somehow visible in the phone apps. I had done everything I knew how to do. He didn't have an initial solution but used some other resources at hand and came up with a solution that worked. Well done regardless that he has only worked there for a month. Thank you so much! I use that tool nearly every day

If I could give this location 10 stars instead of the 5 I would, the new Management (John is GREAT!) I came here a few years ago and they sent me to Best Buy because they didn't wanna help a senior. That wasn't the case with John. He was patient, listened to my needs, helped me with my new phone, got all my information on the new phone also. He explained my new bill and plan in detail as well. Very professional!
I'm glad I stopped in and glad I found John. ☺

I have had a very complicated situation with my new AT&T service that Justin and Ali have worked with me on showing great patience, understanding and expertise. I will go to them at their store in Perinton, NY here on out for any and every time I need assistance for any future questions or issues (unless they are transferred to another store😂). AT&T should be very proud of them and how they are representing the company. They are the best!

Best experience I've ever had. Thank you, Ali, for being so kind, friendly and helpful with our family as we added some new lines and got new phones. Really good customer service helped me with my phone! They were very talkative and very welcoming when I entered the store, they helped me fix my phone and I am definitely going back here whenever I have an issue with any electronic device with AT&T

Michael was an incredible help to me and my grandmother during our last visit. He was very thorough and really listened to our concerns. He even went so far as to offer to set up the Bluetooth in her car for her! I absolutely recommend this AT&T location to all my friends and family; this store is full of smiling faces and wonderful sales reps.

This is the best Cellphone Store I have ever been to.
They were very welcoming, answered all of my questions for me, helped me get the best plan at the best rate that they had that was accommodating to my lifestyle. They also helped me get a phone and set it up with me!! They gave me the best customer service anyone could’ve asked for and I didn’t feel like they were sales associates, I felt like they were my friends. Very great experience!!! Definitely suggest everyone going to this specific AT&T location!!! Thanks to this AT&T team for everything you have helped me with!
