Flower City Dental East Rochester

I go to the Gates location and I'm surprised to say, I don't mind going to the dentist anymore! Dr. Somerville is my favorite dentist ever, hands down. He's kind, gentle, and non-judgmental. Doriana at the desk is always helpful and they've been very accommodating. Even more, you don't have to wait forever for an appointment. I highly recommend Flower City Gates Dental!

I’m always anxious going to the dentist, as soon as I walked in Regina was super friendly and out-going and instantly made me feel at ease.
Olga was the amazing woman cleaning my teeth. Olga made small talk and made me laugh, and doing it while she was cleaning my teeth, I loved it! As I was leaving, again, Regina was very friendly and we had great small talk. Very thrilled with this experience and hope it’s the same next time.

Brighton location of Flower City Dental was very clean, friendly and caring. I was seen promptly and treated exceptionally. Unfortunately for me I needed extensive work and stitching but I have to say my doctor was the best I have ever had. I have been to dozen of dentists in my 60 years and have had every procedure possible. This was extensive work and I can tell you it was painless, carefully done and over with before I anticipated it to be! Absolutely Outstanding ! I have already referred another to this practice and will continue to do so. They take almost all forms of insurance and prices out of pocket are much more reasonable then others I have gone to prior for this treatment. Forget Aspen, Affordable Dentures, and others like them. If you do go to those places get an estimate and then go to Flower City Dental, I guarantee you will be very, very happy you did.

This was my third cleaning at Flower City dental and my hygienist, Olga, was the best. She was friendly and thorough, informative and had good communication about what she was doing and any concerns she had. I would absolutely request her in future. I have previously come here simply because it is convenient and takes my insurance but I would in fact make a point of continuing here to see her. Thank you Olga!

I have been to nearly a dozen different dentist offices in my life, and this one, hands-down is the absolute best. Dr. Lewis not only does incredible work, but is the nicest and most caring person and makes you feel so comfortable in the chair. In addition, the staff, from hygienists to billing clerks are all incredible. They worked with me when my insurance couldn’t cover all the work I needed done, which was a godsend. I have already recommended this place to family and friends, and now proudly do so to the public.

Olga was wonderful! I was asking about whiting and other services and she was so helpful, she even said that I don’t need it and that I had a movie star smile! A handsome young man took my X-rays and a lovely young woman checked me out! It was great!

I had the best experience today at Flower City Dental. Susan was my hygienist and she was amazing. She took her time and gave me a thorough cleaning. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on how to keep my teeth sparkling. I made sure to book with her next time. Thank you Susan, my teeth are happy 😃

I have severe anxiety about dentist and this is the first place that I have been to that I feel comfortable. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like you are important and Samantha was amazing at going over everything and making sure that all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

I had a tooth come off my top denture.the Gates office went above and beyond to get me in to have it repaired. They (Regina) contacted my insurance to have me switched to them so I could get this done. Everyone there was friendly and professional, sent my denture out the next morning and got it back that afternoon with a new tooth reinstalled. So I didn't have to go through Christmas with a missing tooth. Love them all. And Will highly recommend them to all. Thanks again Regina and entire team.

This location is fantastic! My whole family goes here. The doctors and whole staff are simply incredible and always go the extra mile to help you feel very comfortable. Shout out to Susan who does an amazing job cleaning the teeth and explaining what is happening and how to get your teeth and gums healthier each time you visit and explains so great even the kids understand and love her :)

Had a really great experience yesterday! The staff was excellent! Anastasia, Regina and Felicia were amazing, super helpful, upbeat and a pleasure to work with they made my visit very enjoyable.

My experience at Flower city dental was amazing! The staff there, especially claudia and regina are super friendly and know thier stuff. I felt like they really cared about me. Dr Morphis is awesome! Does great work. My smile looks great and I know I have friends there I can count on when I need it!

Absolutely incredible place. I've gotten quite a bit of work done after years of being too afraid and neglecting. They are personable and conversate and make you laugh to ease the anxiety.

Strongly recommend going here, and for those of you who marinate in anxiety like myself, you got this! I just had four shots and three fillings and experienced about 2/10 discomfort. Take care of your teeth, you only get 2 sets! Lol.

I will continue to say this dental team is my absolute favorite and 100% worth my hour in a half drive! Reginna at the front desk is always in the best mood and as soon I walk in, makes ya feel right at home (anxiety gone) and Dr. Morfis has always been so professional and honest. I will go to whatever office as long as it’s this team!

My wife and I have visited the East Rochester location of Flower City Dental multiple times with my children over the past few years. So far we have had no problems, and the staff has been friendly and professional. None of us has had anything major done, mostly just routine cleanings, except my wife who has had some cavities filled with no issues. I am glad we found them!

My daughter and son had cleanings today. Great service! On time, friendly, very clean office!! My son was nervous about the fluoride and the dentist gave him time to get comfortable and even made a few suggestions to help him. Overall great experience!!

I love Flower City. From the people to the decor. The scheduling staff is amazing; always understanding with schedule changes and great at fitting my family in together. Susan, my children and my hygienist, is knowledgeable and careful. She is thorough but efficient. I highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience with Frank, my new dental hygienist. He was very knowledgeable and super thorough cleaning my teeth. I even asked if he can be my hygienist moving forward and without hesitation he said yes. I dont mind driving from gates to east Rochester knowing he will be the one to take care of my teeth. You're great Frank!
