So accommodating! Reserved the smaller room for an after-funeral memorial and Karen was phenomenal, informative, genuinely caring and easy to work with from the very beginning!

The ambiance was warm and inviting, and with a bar that felt like "Cheers" it was obvious this establishment was a local favorite. The food and service were great!

Thank you so much for extending all courtesies to the guests after an emotionally exhausting day. It was immensely appreciated!

From the minute we walked in with our reservations are table was ready for us. Everything was fresh and amazing . The crab cake , calamari,and shrimp appetizer were amazing. I had the Lambchops ( which were recommended by the waiter) , they didn't disappoint and were cooked to perfection. The rest of my party had nothing but praises for there dishes and no one brought home any left overs because everything was eaten.
Waiter was verygood also but his name escapes me.

Great food great staff great atmosphere great background music (not loud) great spacing between tables. Fresh bread, large drinks and pricing reasonable and well worth every $. Also, coat hangers throughout dining was a plus. Hate seeing coats on back of chairs at a great restaurant. Thank you to all and please don't change a thing.

For me, the food is consistently well executed. Shrimp cocktail was a nice crisp start. Had the rack of lamb, a departure for me, and was excellent. The vegetable are exquisite and the mashed potato bed was perfect. Enjoy!
Shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce with rice and veg was awesome. Cant go wrong. Period.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant today. The food outstanding, the service outstanding, the atmosphere, welcoming and warm. I recommend this restaurant highly. If you don’t go, you’ll be missing a treat. It’s nice to know they are located in Union, NJ

Clean and well decorated. Staff is friendly and professional. Portions are nice and good value. Have been to this location numerous time. For the value, you can't beet it. Family owned restaurant, and they are very tied to the consumer

Always a great meal at this place. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. I have a family member that runs a high end steak place, but the Garden has the best steak sandwich I've ever had, bar none. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Delicious food. Large portions. Beautiful ambiance. The owner is lovely & always makes sure you are well taken care of.

The Garden added a patio dining area that really opens up the dining options. Along with the great food, we can now enjoy the great out doors with friends.

My family arranged for a private event here following my grandmother's funeral. The staff was kind, attentive, and even let us come in a bit earlier than we had agreed upon. The food and drinks were great! We're grateful to the Garden for helping us spend some time together after a long day of grieving.

I chose this location to have a dinner after my granddaughter’s Graduation. Everyone there were completely nice. I even brought a cake to go along with the food that they cook. The food that we ate was Solomon and lemon chicken. The food there was awesome the taste as well as the texture. I would recommend this location to everyone. Especially if you are doing something dealing with your whole family.

We just had a great meal at Garden Restaurant. I had the special Seafood Risotto and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan. Both meals were delicious and our server David made it a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

I love the Garden Restaurant - and have been enjoying this venue for years. When visiting family in town every month, we always make a reservation & go to dinner here. The lamb chops are phenomenal - a must! Karen, the owner, is a wonderful host and the gals and guys that work there are always extremely attentive and offer the best service!! I'd offer ten stars if I could!

I’ve always loved this place but moved away, so it has been a couple of years since I ate here. Well, they did not disappoint! All 5 of us thought the food was incredible (including desserts)! I have not had a decent meal out since this pandemic. Every restaurant either skimps or the food is just disappointing while you still pay the high prices. Not this place - do yourself a favor & go!

Service was friendly. Meal was delicious. The pumpkin ice cream was delicious.
