I was first introduced to Mercury's during a company's interview discussion, and since then, it has become my go-to coffee spot. Being a coffee enthusiast, my initial visit left a lasting impression as I savored the rich flavors that instantly turned me into a big fan. The coffee here is exceptional, and the Chocolate croissants are a delightful default pairing that complements the brew perfectly.

What sets Mercury's apart is not only the quality of their coffee but also the inviting atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to unwind. Even my wife, who isn't a huge fan of coffee, found a new favorite here. Mercury's has managed to win us over with its excellent brews and cozy ambiance, making it a top choice for our coffee outings.

I adore this place , coming to get a coffee one in a while and savories( bakery part ) are awesome.
However today tried “ORGANIC GREEN” 🤮, I’ve never had anything that bad😏, might be you could check the receipt , or get the info when was the production date 🤔?

This may be the best cafe, bakery, coffee spot in the PNW. The fact that I’m saying this is kind of catching me off guard 🤔

The place is lively and the bakery is available for all to get a glimpse into the work behind the amazing food. This place has some of the best sandwiches and baked goods I’ve had anywhere, and after talking with the manager Sarah know how high quality the ingredients are. They are organic and sourced specifically for what they are creating. It’s worth ever penny.

The people are nice, the coffee is top notch, the food … THE FOOD is worth traveling for (I live in Seattle and will go over to the eastside for this place).

What a Bellevue institution! I tried the honey bee latte and it was not too sweet and delicious. So many pastries to choose from, brioche cinnamon bun was fluffy with the perfect amount of cinnamon. Got bags of coffee beans for home and can’t wait to brew them

We were visiting from Arizona. I got the sausage quiche and one of my buddies got a croissant and cookie abomination thing which was very good. The coffees are really food. 5 stars

Wow!! Absolutely beautiful place. The food that they have is tasty and high quality. They're expensive, but worth it!
They're busy, but as they say, if you lose patience, fill out your application to work over there, lol 😆
The kombuchas are not that good, in my opinion. The cream brulé tart with fruit is delicious, but it has a hint of refrigerator smell.

Great friendly staff. Great place with good vibes and a variety of offerings from coffee, pastries, and lunch items.
Seating is always a challenge as it is a very popular place and since covid all couches have been removed and only hard seats are available.
Bring back the comfort and work on moving the line faster.

The full park lot caught our attentions and decided to give it a try. Wow the best croissants we have ever had. We tried all of them. Great filling and buttery. But a little too sweet. The strawberry Danish was delicious too. No wonder the line is always long. The packing box is very nice. Will keep coming back. Make sure to join the free membership and you get great rewards. Otherwise their stuffs are expensive. Long line on Saturdays takes 40 minutes. Order on line is a little faster. They have raised the prices again in 2023.

This place was definitely a change of scenery from your typical coffee joint. Definitely a huge selection of baked goods and they all were very unique and tasty. Staff was on point and very friendly. Their drinks were delicious as well. Try the Inception w/cream! Hella bomb! A lil spendy but it really was worth it given the quality of food and service. For $28 I got a 24oz Drink, Sausage Breakfast sandwich, and a blueberry and cheese Danish. Expensive but Yummy! My son definitely loved the leftovers we brought him!

This is one of the best cafes in the Pacific Northwest. Highly recommend!

Busy location with a long line which moved quickly.

Delicious & flavourful coffees, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and many other products.

Recommend ownership & management train the staff to be provide friendlier service and thank the customers for their patronage.

I was brought here by a friend. Walking in, the aroma of fresh ground coffee was amazing. Great place to gather with a group of friends. It was cool to view the roasting of the coffee and the creating and baking of their fresh pastries. Quite the variety to choose from. Very tasty!

Omg what a hidden gem and amazing service why aren't they like a Starbucks everywhere. Good was truly amazing and blows Starbucks food out of the water. So delicious and value for money. Hug portions and tastes amazing. Can't wait to go back. You guys should be everywhere!

2024 update: The bacon breakfast sandwich has some pretty terrible bacon. After three of these, the disappointment is consistent. I have no idea why it’s so hard for people to properly cook bacon and apply it to a breakfast sandwich, but I think *cooked* bacon with some *crispiness* to it is generally desirable by most people. I do not know who on Earth would enjoy chewy, fatty, non-crispy bacon, with very little meat to it. Biting into it should be a pleasure and tasty for the price they charge, but it’s just gross. Hope they get this figured out, because the cheese, the egg, and the bun are all delicious.

Lively coffee shop with great breakfast and lunch options. Coffee beverages are great – a step above Starbucks, and they have beer on draft and in the can. I always think of Mercurys coffee based off of the one other location I’ve been to before today - a small location inside of Haggen grocery store in Woodinville, but this Bellevue location is much, much grander and has much more variety of food. Impressed. Will be back.

Great coffee and lots of freshly baked treats. Took the whole family there and it was pretty busy so parking and seating were a bit difficult to sort out. It's worth it, though! The coffee was amazing, really bold and flavorful. And we really enjoyed the food variety, as we ordered a few different items to try including the egg and cheese sandwich, veggie quiche, chocolate almond croissant, overnight oats, chia seed pudding, and the lox bagel. All were really fresh and delicious.

Wow, I am so impressed by our experience at Mercury Coffee - Bellevue! The atmosphere is perfect for working or relaxing, with plenty of seating options and a friendly vibe. The coffee is delicious and they have a wide variety of drinks, pastries, and other snacks to choose from. I especially loved the apple danish and sausage quiche. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend Mercury Coffee to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in the area. Hope you like it

Coffee has to be some of the best I’ve had in a really long time. Was in town and I’m not disappointed with this place at all. Coffee and smoothies are amazing. People are nice. Highly recommend 12/10!
