You can kinda tell after reading the reviews and interacting with the staff over phone and in person that they’re pretty much a no nonsense attitude with customers. Honestly I don’t think they’re being offensive but probably expect the customers to be smarter human beings. Typical NYC attitude I think ha.

APART FROM THIS, I find their pizza excellent. I buy them in the large 18” where you can make the pizza half and half which is an amazing deal. So far we’ve tried the veggie, fratelli and bbq chicken toppings and LOVED them all. The crust comes perfectly thin and crispy with the right amount of toppings- not too top heavy/oily or spare.

I suppose if you don’t anticipate exceptional service or you’re not too sensitive or bothered by the staff you should enjoy yourself here….

There pizza is always so good. Has a great crunch to it. They are also part of Too Good To Go so I was able to pick up a few slices on my way home from work. Haven't been disappointed with any of their pizzas yet.

My go to spot for late pizza take out. Friendly staff @10:30pm is a big plus.

When pizza craving starts, Du Fratelli satisfies it with fresh hot delicious slices (or pies)! Don't mind the wait because this place is always busy taking orders on the counter or over the phone. Patience (while hungry) is a virtue. Enjoy a slice (or two)!

I’ve been ordering delivery for over a year now from this place while also trying many other pizza joints in the neighborhood (there are many) to see who will be my go-to. Considering the frequency of my orders here (they also give discounts in Grubhub as a frequent customer), it looks like you guys are it. Numero uno. Ichiban. The topper is when I stopped into the restaurant recently and the service was super friendly and professional and any customer that entered was treated so kindly. They seem to remember their long time customers. It’s a good vibe there. The pizza crust has always remained crispy (don’t like that rubbery crust), ingredients are fresh and I don’t normally like sausage but now I’m converted because the sausage roll is delicious. The vegetable slice is also loaded with vegetables and definitely a constant order for me. Looking forward to sampling even more of the menu.

Great pizza and delivery! One of a few places that closes past midnight with a great variety of fresh and delicious pizzas. I've been a client for many years and I have been always received cordially with a smile! Music and TV are always on to distract our busy minds. Seatings and tables are spacious, comfortable and clean. 5 bucks for a slice of pizza and a Snapple! Can't go wrong if you're on a budget or can't find an open place at late night in Forest Hills.

Great food, made with high quality ingredients, for a reasonable price ! The menu is rich and diverse ! The place is neat and always clean ! They offer free delivery as well as dine in !

This place is amazing! There are so many options of food to eat. They have a lot of pizzas with different, unique toppings as well as pasta and more Italian cuisine. The place is small but it is really nice. Service is great, especially when you’re in a rush.

Everything we've ever had here has been excellent. Their pizza is some of the best we've ever had and I've had Roberta's, Paulie Gees, etc. (it's not thin crust but you get the point). Do not believe any one star ratings. Their service is impeccable, as well.

I don’t know about all these negative reviews but I was in the neighborhood and grabbed a mushroom slice and it was excellent.

I think they must have upped their game -- I just ate there tonight -- first time I ordered one of their dishes and it was fabulous. The lasagna was great, my friend had the Fruit de Mare (shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari in a red sauce -- they have it with white sauce too), huge portion. Dessert was fabulous too. Sat service was great at tables

The best pizza in Queen's. Been a customer for years. There's such a large variety to pick from that even picky eaters like me can find something. The staff are some of the friendliest I've come across anywhere. 5/5

Great quality Italian food and pizza in the area. We always feel satisfied with all the dishes we get from here. My kids love the lasagne. Thumbs up. And happy to support a good tasty restaurant.
