Stephen Brubaker is a great resource and really helped me weed through all the ridiculous mess that is medicare insurance.

He narrowed down to the top 3 plans that would work for me and explained the pros and cons.

Love Brubaker Insurance. We've had them since 2008 and couldn't ask for a more down-home, friendly group to call insurance carriers. I wouldn't spend the time writing a Google review about them if I didn't think they went the extra mile.

The worst. Stay clear. Find another agent.

They are rude, do not respond in any resemblance of a timely manner and if travelers would wise up, they would drop them as an agent.

The service was so bad that I had to make a move to another insurance company. I canceled my policies 3x with them and one was still active after months. I had to go directly to Travelers to get this dropped as Brubaker was useless.

Couple that with the fact that I am getting a better rate with Nationwide, higher/additional coverages and an agent that values their customers which is a win for me.

Passing this along so that others can learn from my mistake going with Brubaker.
