MVHS Medical Group - Barneveld Medical Office

I think it is a great office. I have never had a problem and everyone has always been courteous.
My husband has been going more often lately, and is very pleased with the quality of care he has been receiving.

I've been going here over 30 years.... Everyone is great! Lanore is my "Go to"... She always takes extra time when needed...

So grateful to have lanore as my daughter's doctor she took care of my family for many years

This is not based on my experience but on the behalf of my aging and elderly parents who are not on any social media accounts. There have been numerous times that they have reached out to the office for information or an appointment only to be told that someone will call you right back, and this call does not take place until sometimes the next day. Leaving the patient hanging and possibly seeking attention at an urgent care after the fact. After they seek other alternatives you then receive a letter in the mail from said office wondering why you went to urgent Care instead of using your primary office. Someone needs to address this problem.

Been going here for 20 yrs. Now they are always rescheduling our appointments. We’ve been trying for 4 months now and just got rescheduled again. They scheduled test, but never gave the results to the test and multiple calls to the office have not been returned. Idk where else to go. It’s MVHS every where, The land of “oh, that’s normal”

This office does not care about the patients at all. I have tried to give them multiple chances but they continue to disappoint me. I have visited with symptoms of pain and was not taken seriously and forced to go to urgent care for treatment. They test you for one thing and then give up on finding any solutions to your pain. Months ago I was told I had nothing wrong with me and went to urgent care to find I had a uti. The provider did not even reach out to give any sort of help for the symptoms I was experiencing. Most recently I called to get an appointment and was told the providers would not see me and based on my symptoms to “get a humidifier” . I visited urgent care and was told I had a severe sinus and ear infection and needed antibiotics. As an established patient of this practice for many years I am extremely disappointed by their lack of care and empathy for patients.

I’ve gone here for about 15 years. The quality of care has fallen substantially. The office is rude and unhelpful, and you never see the same person twice. The current nurse practitioner is lazy and uncareing. I can’t believe I have to find a new doctor.
