James has been handling my speeding/traffic tickets since 2017. Let’s say since then we have had a huge success rate in being able to get my tickets won. I am so grateful because I was very close to losing my license but with James and his team I have been able to still drive around with no worries. Okay, let's just say if you're ever in a loop hole with any moving violations James Medows, is the real deal to handle your court case. I was pulled over for failing to observe street sign. And I was facing a few points to my license which was devastating to me, because this could affect my cdl license. I was so nervous and worried about losing my cdl license but Mr. Medows, assure me that I was in great hands and he would win this case for me. He kept his word and on 2/7/2024 he represents my case to the judge with superior evidence and the judge agreed to throw out the ticket with no points or fine. Oh! They were always on top of their game with providing what the status is and when the next hearing is. The final decision they were able to get my ticket dismissed which made me a little more relaxed as i do not have any points. I don't know how to thank this firm. My sister got 2 ticket while driving my car(Driving with suspended registration and lack of insurance). I contacted James who was happy to answer all my question. I got a speeding ticket that was marked in the 20-30 miles over the limit range, which would have been an expensive ticket, plus points on my license, and then the NY license reinstating fees that would follow. Without having to expend any of my own time and energy trying to fight this, James Medows took care of everything, from the moment I signed his retainer. Through his expertise on how to work the traffic court system and the language needed to break apart a ticket case, I was found not guilty. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer to handle a speeding ticket case and I do not regret it. I shopped around before going with Medows and his fee is very competitive and fair compared to others and his straight forward communication style and knowledge and experience in handling these cases is among the best in town. Though, his retainer fee is on par with the cost of such a ticket (and yet still better than a lot of other law firms), keeping it and the points off my record, as well as the additional costs those would incur to the DMV and my insurance were well worth every penny. Not to mention the satisfaction that comes from sticking it to "the man" for once.
