I had my first appointment as a new patients for my 3 kids at mercy medical bay ridge. It was a great experience with the staff and the physician over there. I received a great care for my kids, the staff and the doctor was great, knowledgeable and respectful!. The waiting time is reasonable and the waiting room is clean. Special thanks to the office manger Missb Rehab for her support!

Amazing staff and doctors. Every time I go in they make sure I’m up to date with my blood work, very efficient. Doctor Rammah and Doctor Hussein take the time to examine you even though they are very busy, and I always had my health problems resolved instantly. Love this office!

Its my family medical center 10 years ago . Dr Rammah and Dr Hussin are so professional and kind doctors spend alot of time with every patient listen to the complains and examine the patient very well .
The nursing staff are amazing , so helpful and always with their smile . They are dealing very well with kids and make their effort to give the vaccine to kids with a great and nice way:)
The front disk girls are amazing , very helpful , give all details I need and even in the busy days with a lot of patients they keep quite , calm and smiley .
I recommend this medical office for everyone, its one of the best in Brooklyn .

I know doctor Husein for over 18 years, great doctor, always talks to his patients and makes them informed & educated them. He utilizes the latest in medical field. Place is clean & convenience. He's highly recommended.

Finally found a good primary doctor! Love the staff, they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. The doctors there are also caring and competent. The best thing is that there's a technician that does diagnostic testing in the office, so you don't have to be referred outside. Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at Mercy Medical. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could.

The receptionist are wonderful and very helpful. Both attending doctors are very, very good. I've never been to the staten Island office.

The staff were very professional and helpful, Dr Rammah has been my doctor for 7 years he saw my 1 year old son and was very cheerful and administered his vaccines with no trouble! Love this place!

I’ve been coming to dr Hussien and tarek for years and even on my birthday they call me to say happy birthday the best part of being sick is going to there clinic there staff is unbelievable Susan Regina and the rest of the family they even get me coffee and a donuts ……I love you guys 😘👍
