The Children's Place

I went to Children's Place in Liberty Twp to return my order. I wrote down wrong order number, but Cheyenne was able to figure it out and helped me. She was super nice and very helpful.

This store is absolutely amazing, it’s clean and organized. Store manager Bailey is absolutely fantastic. She puts so much hard work into the store and every time i go in she is always there with a smile on her face.

I love the deals and how well the store is kept up, very clean. I think it was a little congested

My husband went there over the weekend to buy pajamas for our daughter. There was an in store sale for buy on get one free ( my husband showed the cashier the coupon) and she would not accept it. Yesterday I went there to pick up an online order and the lady asked my order number several times. She could not find my order. I had to leave to pick up my daughter and still dont have my order.

Waited over 20 minuets for the store to open today while at least two employees were inside watching customers attempt to open the store door knowing it was well past time to open. Once an associate finally unlocked the doors nothing was said about the lateness. Once inside it seemed like all the clothes out were very dusty & dingy looking & mostly only sizes for XL or XXL boys were available. Clearance items looked a mess & hardly any room to maneuver through the store. My advice would be to shop online

Visited the location to grab my pick up order and my bag shipping bag was ripped. I requested a shopping bag and was told by Jake and another lady that they only offer bags for paying customers. I didn’t think either of them understand what a paying customer means. Horrible customer service, wish I could give them negative stars
