McDonald's

The employee walked up to us very happily and said "here's some tasty treats, spoons are in the bag. Enjoy!" I have never had a better McDonald's experience than today. I don't know his name but whoever he is he needs a raise. Nicest interaction I've ever had with a McDonald's employee.

Word of Advice: If you ride your tricycle there, be sure to dump your personal garbage in your devopment's dumpster BEFORE going to McD's! Also, a bike does not activate the drive-thru. But you can order on your Ap and they will cheerfully bring it out to you.

This is the only mcdonalds in a 20-mile radios in each direction that gets my meal 100% correct with no problems from the point of taking my order, using the app, to getting my food.
I go to McDonald's 2-3 times a week, so getting my order correct is important always.

I had a surprisingly great visit to this McDonals in St. George. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the staff was quick, the food was hot and fresh. Not much to complain about at all. This McDonald's has the touch screens that you can order from or the cash register, if you prefer it that way also. It looks like it just recently underwent a renovation and looks very modern on the inside. They also were giving away either a free ice cream cone or cookie with each order. I recommend this McDonald's to all.

Best McDonald's in St George. Do not go to the McDonald's in St. George Blvd. Horrible customer service. I rather drive longer to this one

THE BEST MCDONALDS IN ALL SOUTHERN ITAH. the hamburgers look gourmet for McDs and the service was OFF THE CHARTS. the management team runs a good Team, otherwise it would be like all the rest

i go in a bit often and avery is usually the one to give the food to me. he is very cool and fun to talk to at the window and if the others mess something up he usually fixes it, tysm avery ur literally the goat

I live in Washington, Utah right by this MickeyD’s and it’s great! The food is always hot and fresh, especially when I go on my midnight run! Courteous, friendly, professional staff and I am always happy when I leave. Probably, one of the top 3 McDonalds that I have been to Nationwide. High Recommendation, 5 out of 5 Stars.

Went here for some breakfast. Had coffee and a biscuit. Everything was hot and FRESH. I know it seems strange to see a word all caps. Yet I don't know how many times I have stopped for a breakfast sandwich and had it be barely warm and hard as last weeks cinnamon bun. Know what I mean.

Xavier helped me in the drive-thru Monday night. He took my order and handed me my food. My grandson (4 years old) changed his mind a couple of times and I had to make changes to my order. Xavier was patient, pleasant and kind. I was amazed at the exceptional service because in todays climate of “not enough employees “ I am used to waiting every where and employees being rude and short. It was refreshing and I will definitely be back!

After returning to get part of our meal that they missed from the previous night, even during rush hour, Tracey the manager at this location was very kind and helped sort things out very quickly; kudos to her! I deeply appreciate her taking the time to work with me during their peak time.

I always go to the drive up here super fast and the orders are right the food is hot. If you like McDonald's you will be impressed with this location.

Staff was extremely helpful and so kind and I was so happy the play place was open so my 3 year old was able to burn some energy before we continued our car ride. This was his first experience in a play place since they've been shut down since he's been big enough to enjoy them. So thankful!

Quick and easy, just like McDonald’s is suppose to be.

I try not to give bad reviews over one little thing that goes wrong. I feel that is very unfair and misleading, and it seems like that is what is happening with all these reviews on here. Guys, it’s McDonalds. It’s a fast food joint. You aren’t going to a 5 star restaurant for crying out loud.

Every time I have gone here my expedience has been great! I order with the drive-thru, which as long as the line is, moves pretty dang fast. The food is always nice and warm, and doesn’t taste old or like it has been sitting all day. They also have never gotten my order wrong and always make me feel welcome! I have yet to be disappointed coming here!

Great customer service. Food comes out quickly and is hot. I had an issue with my order, but I was able to call in and the staff worked to resolve it in a way that did right by me. Thank you McDonald's for making an issue right.

What can I say... It's McDonald's. The food is generally consistent.. You know what you're getting at the price you expect. The service is typically quick. We go here for a reason, and get what we expect. Just don't expect a smile at the window.
