Jay, the locksmith, worked very hard to get an ignition key made. Unfortunately the ignition had been changed and he charged a very fair amount considering the time he spent. I highly recommend this company.

Sometimes you have bad days, sometimes you have good, sometimes you have bad days that turn good, and that's where Eltingville Auto Locksmith comes in. Besides a fast easy screening process to get the ball rolling for you. The locksmith that came out was not only advanced, but arrived on time. Immediately assessed the situation, and unlike a magician where you can't see how the magic works, this gentleman had nothing to hide.

Within 30 seconds (unbelievably fast) our key was created, programmed, and worked first try. If I could put him to the test of seeing how good he really is, I would have just been proved wrong. To conclude this review the pricing was incredible, leaving me saying "how did he do that, and still left me with an excellent/incredibly safe price to pay" all collected at the end.

This is how my bad day turned good.

Like a meathead, I broke my key in half while in a rush for work. These guys basically upgraded my key and gave me a second one for a great price.

The first guy they dispatched out stopped to eat so one of his co workers came instead. He was great. For got his name but he’s from Pennsylvania 😀. Anyway, he was very friendly and quick.

A bit pricey, but it was 10:00pm on a Saturday night that I was completely locked out of my home, so I willingly paid the price. I do, however, object to the additional “small fee” (according to the technician) of nearly 5% added to the bill to pay by credit card.

By the way, this service was in St. Petersburg, FL, not Staten Island!
