Amazing customer service and true down to earth personalities. We are new homeowners and had family visiting over the weekend and the water in my home just completely stopped. Not only was this inconvenient but also embarrassing! It was 7pm at night on a Saturday, and no one else in the area was available to help on such short notice; until we came across Adam’s plumbing! David Adam was extremely attentive, prompt, and successful in diagnosing and fixing my problem. The well issue I had was resolved and water was restored by 9pm. Not only was David’s customer service amazing, but he was knowledgeable and informative to teach us about our home as well. Thank you so much!!!! Will def recommend to friends and use in the future.

I had an issue with a leaking bath tub drain. Adams plumbing sent Thomas over. He correctly knew where the problem was going to be before looking, and had the part with him. Adams gave me a competitive quote for a new water softener system and water heater, were able to do the installation the same week, and did the installation in one day. Highly recommend Adams Plumbing and Heating. Dave Adams did excellent work for us several years ago, but I was not sure what to expect now that the company has grown. Devon and Anthony arrived 15 minutes early and the project was completed in 3 hours, including cleanup and reviewing the new tank. They were very professional and personable. It was an unexpected bonus to have two contractors who so clearly enjoy their work and work quickly, efficiently, and with a lot of good cheer.

We had a leak in our basement on a Sunday evening. After my husband stopped cursing he finally listened to me and we called Adams Plumbing. My husband worked on the pipe for hours, went to Home Depot twice and still couldn't fix the leak. Adams Plumbing came in and fixed the leak in literally minutes. I cannot say enough about how this company saved us from thousands of dollars in damages. Very professional, did a fantastic job and now my husband is much less stressed!!

I love this place! Very friendly, competent, reasonable, excellent customer service. They fixed a plumbing issue that I've had for years. Thomas and Andrew are very kind, courteous technicians. They did some trouble shooting and talked it out with us and found the solution. This is the first place I'll call the next time I'm in need. Their prices are VERY reasonable. I called Adams plumbing after a long standing issue, they were able to have someone there the following day. Thomas was our plumber and I can’t say enough about him. Punctual, professional, and personable. He took the added time and was very patient with someone who has difficulty speaking. He was diligent, able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue within a short time when others could not. Not a doubt in my mind that I would recommend Adams plumbing for all your needs.

Originally we had an emergency. They told me over the phone how much it would cost for an emergency call and per hour, I really appreciated that. The bill was spot on. They came on time, quick, polite and introduced themselves. Explained everything to me, pointed out the issues and fixed it: most importantly , cleaned up ! Next problem happened with our well, they came right out, again told me what could be the problem over the phone worst case scenario, so be prepared. The crew , again, on time, friendly, neat and when they found the issue showed me everything , explained how the well pump worked and fixed it, cleaned up like they were never there. Next job : New Boiler/ Hot water heater... after 3 companies came to my house, never called back with estimate, except Adam's . They installed 4 zone heating system, hot water heater... huge undertaking... again... on time, super friendly, neat, clean, set up , installed in 8 hours, explained the whole new system and I can not be more impressed with this entire team ! I will never use anyone else . I am in the Real Estate biz... highly recommend Adam's

I flipped a house in LaGrangeville. These guys were fantastic. They took care of every service call immediately. Installed a new well pump along with interior pressure tank and all the plumbing associated with the system. They advised and educated me on the maintenance. After all, they came back upon buyer's insistence and installed a system UV light and well cover as per code. All this without me present at the site. The whole thing was handled over the phone and very quickly.
Dave, the owner, is a very trustworthy guy. I left him the house keys and never looked back.

Water heater was replaced immediately! I called the night before next day they arrived on time removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new! Seamless process! We purchased the home two years ago! Definitely, a huge difference with the hot water now! Thank you!!!

Amazing, excellent response after hours...had a water heater leak. Called the late night operator, quickly transferred me to a rep, gave me quick advice to atleast slow down my problem. Got a call 1st thing the next morning, came when they promised(actually abit early) the 2 gents Devon and Ashton who were amazing,courteous,professional and respectful of my condo's dwellings. The over the phone quote was not only very reasonable, but right on the mark...no hidden surprises like a lot of emergency type repair costs. Will definitely use Adam's again, and already referred their name to several people. Thank you Adam's!!!

I am so pleased with the service received. They sent some one over to fix issue in less than an hour. The technician they send over was Devin he was professional, quick and most importantly he had the water heater installed in no time.
