The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

The operator’s at THE Ohio State University Wexner Hospital are horrible. They do not listen to what you need and then mis-transfer calls over and over. Then others times they transfer you and the phone rings off the hook. In the mean time, I’m in Texas and my sister is in a coma and I have no way of getting updates. The words health and care do not apply. I finally talked with Dr. Knecht (by emailing customer care, and waiting another 24 hours) and she promised that I would get daily updates. That was on a Tuesday and I’m writing this on a Saturday afternoon. Still can’t get through the phone jungle, and nobody has called, texted or emailed me any updates.

I have never encountered a collective group of people that could care less about their patients. The moment a problem doesn't have a simple solution they simply give up. They do not care. Hope it's worth the paycheck.
