Insurance Agents at AAA Grandview

I popped into the Grandview AAA without an appt. this afternoon due to an alert on my car indicating the tire pressure was low. My initial interaction was with Shane who greeted me with a smile and immediately told me to pull around back to the service area and someone would meet me outside. I was met by a young man named Jonathan who also had a smile on his face and he checked all of my tires and filled the one that was extremely low with air. Both guys were professional, friendly and made my day!! Thanks guys!!

Todd Decker is the best Travel Agent/ customer service representative!!! We went there to booking information for a weekend trip in June 2021 and ended up getting even more information for our honeymoon in September 2022... He went over and beyond to answer ALL of our questions!! He is definitely a go to guy for your travel needs!!!

Needed tow they come within 15 minutes. I just wish the phone call and information you give them doesnt take so long .

It’s taking everything in me to make this review so I don’t embarrass myself. IF I AM A TRIPLE A MEMBER (PAYING FOR THIS) AND MY CAR WONT START IN THE PARKING LOT THAT IS NEXT TO THIS PLACE & ITS 14° OUTSIDE. YOU WOULD THINK THE man w a low IQ at the front desk would do SOMETHING TO HELP? nope! Oh silly me for thinking someone would actually want to do their job. Loser. Even the headquarters of AAA told me that man could have done something to help me and he chose to be lazy and a waste of space. He deserves to be fired. Whoever is working today right now at the front desk that man deserves to not get a paycheck either.
However, roadside assistance was very helpful, and a very nice man. Whoever the hell is working at that front desk, YOU SUCK!
