I am a first time homebuyer and was super overwhelmed by home insurance options or even what I should have been looking for. Jess made everything so easy and took extra time to walk me through my policies and even helped save me money by bundling my auto insurance! She was also able to communicate to my lender to help me close on time which was a huge relief. Communication lines are always open and I never had to wait more than a couple hours for an answer to my email. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will be using them again this time next year when I need to renew my policies.

We have worked with Katie at Lauber & Will Insurance for the past few years, and have had an exceptional experience! Insurance matters can be quite overwhelming, but Katie has made the process so easy for our family. She has been great with communication and always gets back to us very quickly any time we reach out.
