I love this kohl's. The ladies at the checkout are always so sweet & friendly. They ask how you are doing & remain patient & personable no matter how busy the store is or how swamped they are. That makes a huge difference during the holidays.

Fast, professional and friendly employees keep the return lines moving. Same in long check out lines. Especially during the busy seasons. Access to Amazon returns and in store pickups you are always greeted by pleasant employees offering to assist you. I never leave the Western Hill store disappointed.

Pretty good Kohls location! I love that I can return my amazon stuff here and then get a coupon to go shopping. I almost always am going there when I already needed something anyway so its very convenient! Its always very clean and they have been decorating for Christmas and its very cute and not hard to get around. The one door is currently not working but I don't imagine that will be a forever thing.

I love this place they have everything from Nike to Levi to champion, polo to Tommy you name it they have it, my son loves this place and so do I. They could be a little more on the customer help side. But overall I have to say I was pretty well amazed with the selection of clothes that they had there. I would definitely recommend shopping at Kohl's if you like clothes go to Kohl's. Mind you it is not a cheap store.

I had a great experience shopping here today. The store was clean, the prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. Keep it up!

I’m generally not what you would call a Kohl’s shopper I primarily go there when I have to return some thing from Amazon however the store's nice, clean and the people are friendly. If you need to ask directions they help you out so I’d definitely consider shopping there. Edited for grammar

I haven't been to Kohls for over 5 years, Wasn't sure how coupons stuff worked anymore. Lady at counter was so kind in answering all my questions and so helpful in getting EVERY deal possible. What a GREAT experience shopping in person and actually seeing the product 1st hand. love coming to this store.

I cleaned up on birthday and Xmas at the 60% off sale. Thanks Ms/ Mrs. Diane (Western Hills location) for your excellent customer service. You are truly the reason I walked out extremely happy with a great big smile. 😆😁

Love this Store. Clean. Everyone is very Nice and FRIENDLY. A lady Name Theresa at the Cashier greeted Me when I Came in the store with A Beautiful Smile. 🥰🥰

Always friendly associates and fair pricing with rewards. Recommended store.

Good service and Covid-19 set-up. I like that on-line pickup is stand alone so you don't have to wait in a line. Customer service and checkout are also separate so that helps as well. Overall people were social distanced, wore masks and protective barriers were in place. I would visit this location again.
