I absolutely love Charlene!!!
. I have two special-needs daughters And Charlene is the perfect health physician for both of them . I absolutely love her she is so understanding. They are both nonverbal, but she has a way of communicating with them … they are 44 and 30. And there are no doctors in Cincinnati that are just for people with special needs. And that in itself is very Frustrating & Shameful!!!
But She has the both of them in there laughing and playing. I am so blessed to have her. I hope she never leaves Mercy .

Such a great place with caring staff. I have been a patient since October of 2018 and have always been pleased with the level of professionalism and care that was shown by the staff. I am saddened to hear of my primary care doctor Amanda Metz leaving as she is one of the most compassionate doctors that has ever cared for me. I look forward to having more good memories at this location and trust myself in their hands.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at this location. Insurance can prove to be difficult when trying to get medication approved. The ladies at this office worked hard to make sure that my son got the medication needed to help him. They were never annoyed with my phone calls when I was stuck being the "Middle Man" between insurance, the pharmacy and their office (and there were many). They truly care about their patients and the care that they receive. Their warm smiles and caring hearts goes a long way!

All of the doctors and nurse practitioners I have seen at Mercy Dry Ridge are absolutely top-notch. I have seen every one of them, and they are all superb. I am a "frequent flyer," so I have a lot of experience with each one. They all have excellent medical expertise, and they are all very compassionate. Dr. Hines is my primary care doctor, but I have seen all of the nurse practitioners and Dr. Kerbo as well. I highly recommend this practice.

I am Active Duty Military and I was stationed in Cincinnati for 4 years. After being use to military providers and great medical treatment I was skeptical about having to go to a civilian provider but Krista was always attentive and willing to listen and provide the best medical treatment possible. It took awhile to find a comfortable PCP when we first moved to Cincinniti and was happy when we found Mercy Dry Ridge. So thankful for the office staff, my PCP and everyone I’ve had contact with there. Unfortunately a few months ago I was sick with a sinus and ear infection. I called to see if I could get appointment. I was informed that if I was sick I could not come in the office but a video visit was available. I was confused because how can a sinus and ear infection be confirmed on a video visit? I ended up going down the street to the Walgreens clinic and sure enough I had both sinus and ear infection. Later we learned that because one of the doctors has had a kidney transplant is the reason anyone sick could not get an appointment. I’m seriously looking for a new medical provider.

Have been going to this office and these doctors for years. The doctors are great, the medical group could use some work.

The pediatrician was my pediatrician, and is my son's as well. This has always been a "family medicine" establishment, and the doctors make sure that's how it is.

I was a patient here for 3 years or so. Office staff was always very nice and professional. I saw 2 different nurse practitioners and 1 doctor in that time. I did have problems with wrong immunizations given to me and wrong diagnoses. I had to change doctors today as the practice went from like 6 nurse practitioners and 2 to 3 doctors to one of each. Very disappointed that I had to find a new place for my care. Not sure what happened to the practice. It was very convenient location for Mr.

NP Christine Borst should not be allowed to practice medicine if she thinks it’s okay to withhold prescribing insulin from a type 1 diabetic patient of hers. you’re not a god, not okay to play with peoples lives

I have tried to contact this place on 5 different occasions and different times of the day and I can NEVER get an answer. I am literally on hold for 10-20 minutes until I decide to hang up. I wanted to switch to this location but I will go elsewhere because it should not be this hard to get ahold of a doctor's office.
