Staff is very helpful. This Planet Fitness on Bethel Road is clean and there is room to work out. The tanning beds look clean and kept up on the maintenance. The only recommendations I would have are to change the hours back to 24 hours if anything and put in the Hydro loungers

Anyone who is looking to get healthy in the New Year, no matter your fitness goal, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking into Planet Fitness!!

They have plenty of cardio machines ranging from ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, etc to free weights and weight machines, and separated areas for ab workouts and "express 30min workouts".

The reason I switched to this location was the organization of the machines/exercises, the very clean locker rooms, the massaging chairs, friendly staff and all of the machines were in working order (can't say that about LA Fitness).. starting at $10, or $25 for the premium membership which pays for itself in added benefits!

Overnight shift staff are amazing, today was my first time in and Travis ( hopefully I remember the name correctly) allowed me to come in as his own guest for the day… the kindest people work this shift.

The staff and facilities are excellent for people with disabilities! Its best to go late at night, as you can take more time going from machine to machine but from the machines, to the locker rooms to space available for and genuine welcome of service dogs, planet fitness is most ADA compliant and safe for people with disabilities. Highly recommend.

I am here on a regular basis. This is a very good place to get a workout. It is up to you because they have everything you need. Fun atmosphere and a great staff of team members that meet and greet you often. Bathrooms could be cleaner at times. I like that they are open 24 hours a day seven days a week. But it is very busy between 6 and seven most days.

Overall a pretty good gym with a well laid out floor plan. I went later in the evening so it wasn't too busy but everything was clean including the bathrooms. Also the showers had very good water pressure. Would definitely go back again.

This one is pretty new. So it's really clean and the equipment is in perfect condition. It's a 24/7 location which is really nice. Now I'm a black card member so the fact that this one has hydrotherapy loungers and beds is nice. The 21.99 a month membership is the best value.

A really great gym when factoring in the cost. For most people this location has everything you'd need if you're wanting to avoid an expensive gym or one suited for power lifting.

Genuinely love this gym. One of the main reasons why I keep going to this one in particular is the staff (the ones who usually are there around 10AM /11AMish). They’re always so kind and willing to help with whatever. The gym is very well maintained and there’s always something to do even at their peak times. You guys are amazing :)

This place is clean and well kept. Membership is reasonable and hours of operation are ok. Hopefully at some point they will go back to 24h a day. It can be crowded at times so keep that in mind. Over I recommend this gym to any one who is starting in fitness or just want a good gym for basic needs.

Well, we took the plunge and got a black membership at PF. Nice clean environment. 5 o'clock is not the time to go! Very busy! 😳

Best gym ever, always clean , people are nice, always smell good, and people that workout over there are nice and not weird. I'll give it 10 stars

Lost my keys last week and I knew they were somewhere inside the gym. I asked the employees to check the lost and found on 3 separate occasions, to which they did graciously. Lindsay even offered to help me go through the trash! I found them a few days later down in the guide well on the seated leg press. Everyone there is always pleasant and helpful and the location is kept very clean.

Best place for fake bake. I had to explain what that was, I guess I am getting too darn old. Workout, and you can lay down on the hydro massage beds

Love it here! It’s come so far! I cannot tell you how blessed Planet Fitness is to have the new manager Racheal! She’s always hyping up the members as they come in and sends out every member with positivity! Oh, and when I tell you she’s building a reliable and strong staff, I LOVE IT and other members do too. We notice! PF GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE AND KEEP HER! Double minority really dedicating her life to her role. I can’t imagine the time she’s missed from her kiddos and the irony of it all, I can only guess it’s ALL for them in the end! PF, your competition is hearing a lot about her, you’ve heard it from the grapevine! Love it here! Thank you Racheal for EVERYTHING. You are appreciated!

Great place. Never that busy so it's easy to get the equipment you want to work out on. Great staff at Sawmill Rd.

Excellent Gym. New equipment. Never crowded. Cleanest Gym I have ever been too. Friendly employees. No pressure gym. Great lockroom.

Perfect for me. I will become a monster in this gym for sure. Love the new leg press and the stair-master.
