Stated for pre deployment ROM, not bad. Bed was a little hard but ac was great. Wish they had more than 1 washer and dryer though....

Roof over your head with water and electricity - yes - for some that might mean a 5 star review.

The rooms are constantly hot or cold with thermostats that appear to do nothing. Definitely outdated and carpets, sheets, and towels could be replaced. Room service comes once a week but only changes towels.
There are multiple hotels in the local area that offer the military rate and even less that are far nicer and more convenient than here.

AC / Heating does not work and did not come with soap, but the customer service is very nice

Needs immediate attention from pest control. Lighting in rooms is substandard especially for a primarily student based lodging location.
