Luis is my favorite! He has been my technician for almost a year and let me tell you, he is very knowledgable and patient with me when I ask him a ton of questions about my services. He’s timely and polite. I am so glad I switched to Scherzinger. Luis makes me feel like more than just another customer. Thank you so much for all your hard work, Luis! You are the best.

I am very pleased with my Scherzinger service! I am new to Ohio and having slab home without unique pest challenges. We have a small dog as well so I am very conscious to use a product on our home interior and exterior that is pet and child safe. Great value for the maintenance service and appreciate the always professional and courteous staff that come to the house for application.

Ironically I just had a mouse show up in my house and Austin showed up from Scherzinger for my Quarterly service about 5 minutes later. He was a great help and full of knowledge. He helped fill the hole the mouse came out of and gave me some tips and traps. Great service. That’s hard to find these day. Very impressed.

Luis called and was able to get to our house early. He was professional and thoroughly explained what was needed to address our yellow jacket problem. He performed the work quickly and even checked inside our home for entry points. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work performed.

We contacted Scherzinger Pest Control earlier this summer for some nasty outside pests. I have been pleasantly pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone. I am especially impressed with Luis, our pest professional. He is very knowledgeable and has our best interests in mind. There was no pressure for unnecessary treatments, just facts. If you get a chance to request him, you should. He is friendly, kindhearted, and trustworthy.

Tech Austin I. contacted me via phone in order to inform me of his earlier arrival. He was very polite and listened carefully to my requests concerning the exterior home service. Once the quarterly treatment was completed, Austin communicated via text. Austin was conscientious and knowledgeable.
He willingly answered the questions I posed concerning treatment application in uncooperative weather.

Luis Gonzalez was super informative and helpful. I had a wasp problem with them getting inside my house and scaring my wife. He found the issue fast and was very upfront with us on how the treatments would work. I highly recommend using ScherZinger and glad Luis was the one to come help us out!

When I discovered evidence of termites, Logan from Scherzinger was quick to come out and confirm my fears. He developed a plan of treatment and was back out within a week for installation and treatment. He and Scherzinger have been great to work with and I feel much better knowing that my problem is being dealt with.

Austin is a super friendly technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am considering a different service because Scherzinger doesn’t offer exactly what I’m looking for, but his kindness and efficiency was enough to make me want to reconsider.

They take their name and warranty service seriously and are very educated in all things bugs! The techs always come neatly dressed and wear booties when they come inside. I met Austin today and he was very professional and personable.

Scherzinger's service representative has always been nice and friendly. He knocks to let me know he's there to perform my quarterly check. Let's me know what service(s) he's performed and when bait stations will be checked.

I started with Guardian program June 22, 2023 I’ve had 3 different technicians and all 3 have been kind courteous and respectful. My initial complaint was springtails I’ve been battling for a few years in one of my bathrooms, I added a small dehumidifier to my bathroom and along with Scherzinger treatments I think I have Springtail problems under control. We just returned from a one week vacation leaving the dehumidifier run. It’s 2.5 pints and takes 7 to 8 days to fill running 24/7 on high it’s very quiet. After returning home found no springtails. HALLELUJAH! I think between Scherzinger and my dehumidifier we’ve beat the springtails. I plan to continue the Guardian program since we own a slab foundation home to keep bugs and outdoor critters under control. Austin is the technician that has been servicing my home. He always takes time to speak with me and address any concerns I might have. He is awesome. We have a slab foundation home and bugs can be an issue. When spring comes and humidity levels rise again I'm anxious to see if any springtails return. I do occasionally see one now and then but not like before. Only time will tell. I feel Sherzinger pest control is ON IT and I think they will keep trying to satisfy my issues.

We have always been happy with Scherzinger year after year. Having the guardian program is great as they come every quarter and I can have service calls anytime in between with no charges. Luis my service tech is super nice and treats my home and family like his own.

The technician is knowledgeable and thorough. If there is a particular issue, they take the time for extra treatment, and insure we are satified with the results.
