Josiah was very professional and very kind and helped me to get my Female Military, Navy, License, Veteran plate, for my Vehicle!
I served with Honor in the US Navy from Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, California, now a Navy Veteran, and just moved to Ohio, to be with precious family, in Ohio!
Thomas, also, helped me, with great information about how to get an Ohio Military Veteran Card from the Ohio Military Services/Recording Dept. which is located across from the Courthouse, on 69 Greene St, 3rd floor in Recorders Office in Xenia, Ohio! Now, I don't have to drag my precious DD-214, Honorable Navy Discharge Papers, all over town, with me!
I now have a United States Ohio Veterans card with my picture!
Josiah and Thomas were very helpful, very efficient, very professional, to my husband Bill and I as we switched out our out- of- state license plates for Ohio License plates, and we appreciate the great help, kind, professional, fast service!

Very efficient. Had no problem registering our out-of-state vehicle and got the title and tags, though costly, it's done, for 5 years! 😄

Rachell was so pleasant and nice, made something we had to do a pleasurable experience. Great customer service representative!!!!

I’m not sure why, but the people who work here are some of the NICEST BMV/DMV employees I’ve ever experienced. Like, I’ve never actually enjoyed a BMV experience until coming to this one hahaha. Very kind, helpful, and efficient.

Very nice experience there today getting my son's Temps. I just have a suggestion, though: please, please, please consider putting up little signs that let people know which room to go in. There are three rooms but no indication of which is for what. But maybe I'm the only dummy...

I just took my driver’s test here. Everyone who works here is very nice and quick at getting everyone through. My driving instructor was very patient and great at easing my nerves (I was very nervous!). Everyone who works inside is very nice as well. Would definitely recommend this BMV for anyone taking their driver’s test.

I'm a fan of the new way of checking in. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Much better than the snaking line you stand in forever.

Was able to get in and get out quit quickly. They have a new system and places to sit. No more standing on line for hours.

Friendly. The service we needed required more time than the typical requests. Though they seemed to take care of those who came in after us quickly. Pleased with my experience.

Went in to get handicap placard and expected line but found no line and quick service. Fast, efficient and friendly people.

They got me in and out. Lady was very nice. Not really a place you choose to go, but they made it as good of an experience as possible.

Signed in online. Got to the BMV and there was no line anyway. Renewed my drivers license for eight years. Friendly staff.
